Cena con il managementvinyerbaxionsle di multinazionale americana con ospiti i CEO dei principali clienti italiani. Tutto perfetto servizio, menu, tavola e ovviamente le pietanze. Eccezionale risotto con zucca, senape e caffè. Guancia glassata al Marsala con patate al sugo di arrosto divina.

10/02/2025: Even though it was a simple fixed price business menu, I ate well and at a reasonable price. If I really want to find a flaw, one of us ordered polenta and stewed ribs as a second course, which were cooked very well and nice and meaty, but there were just two of them. But having also eaten the first one, the colleague was satisfied. Advised
