If this is your idea, then Nobel will amaze you. Starting with the quality of the service. Attentive, welcoming, and smiling staff. A place to have breakfast is an opportunity to chat with the staff. And what about lunch? Behind the counter, in a small room, lurks a person capable of concocting delicious dishes of any kind, suitable for those who want to indulge at lunch and for those who want to stay in shape. From Italian-style "poké" to combination dishes, from delicious first courses to the best stuffed focaccia I've ever eaten (old wine merchant, step aside :D). Every dish I've tasted has never disappointed me. And finally, a real gem. If you want to pair your meal with a good wine, you'll be spoiled for choice, because behind that counter lurks one of the best sommeliers in Sardinia. In short, if you haven't frequented Nobel yet, it's natural to think there's nothing special at the bar. P.S.: Once you try their tiramisu, you'll become addicted.
