A fantastic experience for San Martino! 💫 I went to this restaurant to celebrate San Martino, and I must say it was a truly special experience! The food is all typically Salento, prepared with genuine ingredients and with that authentic flavor that makes you feel at home. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was carefully prepared, rich and plentiful, a true celebration of flavors and tradition. The local wines were also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and to Timo, the chef, whose skill brings the soul of Salento cuisine to the table. A warm and convivial place, ideal for an evening with friends or family. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience and enjoy true Salento cuisine, characterized by abundance, quality, and conviviality! 🍷🍇✨

Last week, I went to dinner with some friends. It's hard for me to return to this place. The welcome was very pleasant and different from usual. The new autumn pizza was the best (cream of pumpkin, scamorza, and pancetta, delicate and crispy dough with red cabbage) along with the cabbage salad as an entree, really not bad. Once we were seated and chose our beverage (the wine selection is very respectable, even though I rarely toast anymore), the classic pittule to break the wait for the main courses: ravioli del plin with stew, fish in a salt crust, pecorino cheese with tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables cooked in every way. Dessert and coffee to finish. Everything was sooooo good. The bill was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank you, and see you next time. PS: I'm not attaching photos of the dishes because my hands and cutlery were busy with the courses and, if necessary, sharing the dishes. 😋😋😋

The other evening we had dinner at Aria Corte: a discreet and welcoming place, perhaps in need of a makeover, but clean! The food, however, was a real surprise. Authentic food! Simple and expertly prepared, generous appetizers of both seafood and meat. We ordered a terrine with vegetables and mozzarella, light and tasty. The salt-crusted amberjack, incredibly fresh, accompanied by freshly pickled onions, was delicious! For sides, tasty baked potatoes, zucchini, and eggplant, perfectly grilled. The grilled bread was a real treat! The house white wine was delicious, and the staff (including the owner) was kind and helpful. A positive experience, highly recommended. The pizzas were also very tempting!

Amazing meal at Aria Corte tonight! Everything was delicious… from the pizza (pumpkin, walnut, mozzarella & bacon! Wow!) to the pasta with meatballs and the entrecôte. Very fresh and so good! The service was excellent too, friendly staff who helped us with our limited Italian and made sure that we had a wonderful dining experience. Beautiful restaurant with nice calming music. Grazie mille!

The pizza, with a unique shape called "basket," was excellent, with just the right amount of toppings. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Had dinner last night with my vegetarian wife, excellent vegetable starters and pizzas, fast service and pleasant people

The staff is incredibly kind, a big thank you to Noémie 😊 And of course, the food was very good. We had a Diavola pizza, the fried seafood, and the pasta; everything was really delicious! We'll be back!

The orecchiette alla salentina were excellent, and the mixed fried fish was very tasty.
