Ardigna In Salemi

Wonderful, well-kept place. I went to Ardigna for lunch with friends. We ordered the set menu, which includes several appetizers, three first courses, a huge grilled meat (cooked perfectly), fruit, and dessert. The dishes are delicious and of the highest quality. The staff is very friendly.

Restaurant found via Google Maps, all the reviews were excellent, so we decided to try it! You won't regret it, you will exceed all expectations. Magical location, impeccable service even though the room (Thursday evening) was packed, the waiters were fantastic and super attentive. We chose the FIXED MENU formula €45 pp, with an appetizer with local products that never ended!! Super good, to move on to the first courses, ragù and pappardella with mushrooms, a real delicacy, followed by a sliced ​​meat which included: rabbit, lamb and quail with a typical garlic oil, there are no words to explain the goodness of their meats and then finish with fruit and a typical Sicilian dessert. Nestled in the Trapani countryside, this restaurant perfectly represents traditional Sicilian cuisine, showcasing the authenticity and sophistication of each ingredient. The professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of the staff make you feel instantly at home. Both the outdoor area with pool and the interior, decorated with references to country life, are welcoming. Would I return? Absolutely, and I highly recommend it. Excellent experience, abundant and tasty food. We had a wonderful evening on August 15th. Seven complete menus. Everything was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive. Recommended. P.S. We were there a few years ago, and the road to get there was in poor condition...now it's completely paved. 😃 Cell phone reception is poor, so plan ahead.

A wonderful discovery. As soon as we arrived, we were enchanted by the exquisitely designed interior, both inside and out. We later discovered it's a popular spot in the area. The portions were generous and the food delicious. The ingredients were top-quality and expertly prepared. The menu offered a wide selection. The owner and the staff were very friendly. Next year, they'll be opening five apartments with a beautiful pool; we'd love to come back. Thank you!

Seconda esperienza in questo fantastico agriturismo. Prenotato con larghissimo anticipo, gustiamo il loro menù fisso che comprende una serie infinita di antipasti, 3 primi e secondi misti con contorno, frutta e dolci misti. Acqua vino e a richiesta bibite. Caffè e ammazza caffè. Servizio perfetto, tutto buonissimo, mai banale e se non ce la fate a finire tutto vi danno, a richiesta, delle comode vaschette per portare ciò che resta a casa, all'insegna del "il cibo non si spreca". Se non is vuole il menù fisso esiste anche quello alla carta. Super consigliato.
