My 3 star review is for the waiter who took the orders. I went to this place over the Christmas period and I didn't like the attitude of the person taking orders at all.
As a celiac, I noticed some mocking responses to my questions on the matter. His attitude was quite annoying and incompetent on the topic of celiac disease, something that the whole table noticed, it would be appropriate to remind his collaborators to have a correct attitude towards customers. Furthermore, with his statements he demonstrates that he has no idea what celiac disease is which as a disease always entails problems in case of contamination (even if in asymptomatic form), those who work in catering and offer GF dishes should know...
On the contrary, I appreciated one of the waitresses, who was very kind and well disposed towards me.
The environment is very nice, the food too, especially starters and meat. I didn't particularly appreciate the pasta but it's a place worth trying if you want to eat a lot at a good price, with a group of friends.

Truly satisfying experience, local, authentic and good products; many courses with very generous portions, it was a shame not to be able to eat everything. Excellent value for money; The service is also very good with friendly and fast staff. I hope to be repeated this summer, where the restaurant moves outside to rustic and suggestive environments.

Characteristic farmhouse of Sicilian culture. Excellent food to enjoy in company. The colorful and varied appetizers are good and deserve special attention, among the first courses, the ravioli with ricotta and among the desserts the tarts. Experience to be redone!

Obviously it cannot fail to deserve 5 stars in all categories. A pillar of Trapani catering. Friendly staff, delicious food and a very welcoming environment. Nothing else to add. Top!

Without question, Ardigia was the best and most fun meal we had in our two week Sicily vacation. The energy is electric, the antipasti was incredible and unlike anything I’ve had anywhere, and almost every dish was stellar. The pork ribs were amazing, as were the meatballs, veal and Grandma’s potatoes. Salvatore, the owner, is the most warm and welcoming host you could find anywhere. This is a must visit restaurant and although it is out in the country, the drive just ads to the wonderful experience.

An excellence... confirmed every time I go to taste the wide range of delicacies, masterfully cooked. All surrounded by punctual and very kind service and a location that brings back, in the structural aspect and agricultural tools of the rural Sicily of the past, to a past now gone which creates curiosity in young people and nostalgia for bygone youth in elderly people.
