Ardecuore - Trattoria Contemporanea In Fasano

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, hungry and already past the usual opening hours for most restaurants in the area. This was the first restaurant we found on the way to the center of Fasano, and they were very kind enough to seat us. It was the best restaurant of our entire vacation in Puglia: charming, with attention to every detail, and with attentive and professional staff. I truly hope to find the same level of service next time I return to Puglia. My sincere compliments!

I have visited Ardecuore 3 times on 2 visits to the area. The food has been excellent with some inspired cooking that has been refined over the years. Also an interesting wine list featuring local wines. Unusually we have always managed to find parking in the street near the restaurant. Our last visit yesterday featured a delicious scallop starter followed by black cod in a grapefruit sauce and pork cheeks in a liquorice sauce and a superlative chocolate desert. A memorable rose wine (see photo) that was relatively expensive by local standards but delicious. The staff are very friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend this restaurant q

5/5 Stars. Top restaurant, very high quality. Food is great, truffle pasta was delicious for example. Every food was atleast good. Great, relaxed service also. While a very good restaurant, dont expect anything mindblowing.

Every flavour and every detail of each dish was amazing! The taste, the atmosphere, the service, the vibe - everything 10/10. Must visit!

Food was amazing! Has strawberry tuna tartare and pasta, they even accommodated for my vegan partner and made 4 appetizers and a pasta dish for her. Service, wine, food, and staff top class

Bellissimo locale, staff super gentile e attento, ottimo cibo della tradizione pugliese con qualche rivisitazione, consiglio vivamente fare un salto qui, dall'antipasto al dolce tutto davvero molto buono, complimenti e grazie per l'ottima cena.
