Everything perfect! 🤩 I discovered this place looking for a restaurant on Google Maps not far from the SS Bari-Brindisi, returning from a business trip. I couldn't have made a better choice ✨️ • Fasano is a beautiful and characteristic village. • The location reflects the soul of the menu: typical but revisited in a modern key. • exquisite food: raw materials, cooking and plating from a starred cuisine. I tried the "crispy" egg and the seared tuna. The photos speak for themselves.. 🔝 I recommend everyone to stop by! 🫶🏼 I'll be back..

Everything is delicious. A sought-after place with modern cuisine. Ingredients of today but quality and very sought-after. Daring combinations and always super spot on.

thanks guys and girls! we ate very well and luckily we found excellent natural wines among a wine list that at first glance is a bit banal. in my opinion, modestly, if you threw out a couple of industrial wines, it wouldn't hurt you and the pearls would be seen better

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Restaurant. Great atmosphere (we were outside), great service -> attentive and friendly. Excellent food, top quality, fine wine recommended. A visit is highly recommended!

We arrived at this restaurant by chance and it was a wonderful discovery! We ate very well from the appetizer to the dessert 😋... the tiramisu in the cup was amazing, not to mention the melted fasanello was delicious!! The environment is very nice!! Excellent value for money 👍 I recommend it

Bellissimo locale, staff super gentile e attento, ottimo cibo della tradizione pugliese con qualche rivisitazione, consiglio vivamente fare un salto qui, dall'antipasto al dolce tutto davvero molto buono, complimenti e grazie per l'ottima cena.

Everything was extremely excellent, the girl advised us on what to have and never disappointed our expectations, the place was very cute and welcoming. So far the best place we have eaten in Puglia.

Dinner done right in Fasano Italy, At this restaurant, you should get a reservation as it doesn't just pack people in. If you want fast food, stick to a street vendor or a less than palatable establishment. They take pride in giving a great experience, with personal service, food catered to you if you have any special requests or preferences. There was a vegan, and they tweaked some of the meals to fit her needs. The steak I ordered was cooked perfectly, seared just right, fat was delicious, and cut into slices for me. I really enjoyed they let it rest, and it wasn't a puddle on my plate. Don't be afraid to pick up the bone and eat right off it. Pan-fried potatoes were crisp yet fluffy as I bit through. The chikery and fava beans were terrific. I even tried some on my steak, and it was a great combination. Lastly, for dessert, the tiramisu was constructed just right. Was creamy with the right thickness the entire way through. Price compared to what you'd eat in America for such dedication would have been much more. The entire staff was engaging and made you feel right at home even if you're half way around the world. Forgive my poor photography skills.

Locale accogliente e di gusto con cucina tradizionale rivisitata. L’antipasto con i prodotti della terra è stato davvero buono, i primi un po’ meno. Crema di fave e cicoria saporitissima mentre le patate al forno veramente immangiabili. Dolci molto buoni
