An incredible discovery, entering the Armenian world with hospitality, food, and a special atmosphere. We ate many vegetarian dishes, but there are also many meat options, especially the starters. The waiter, Pavel, despite only being on the job for two months, already seemed like an expert, especially when it came to pairing wines with food. The owner, Suren, was the cherry on top: friendly and even offered us a double shot! We'll definitely be back.

There are no appetizers, and the wait is about an hour. The portions are really small. Seasoned in a very specific way. Correct. It lacks Armenian hospitality, appetizers, and character. For anyone who has been to Armenia, it's unlike anything else.

Armenian cuisine is unusual in Italy and definitely worth trying if you're looking for something different. The boiled khinkali with broth and the tender meat main courses are excellent.

For those who want a different wine, I recommend trying the pomegranate wine. Reservations are recommended, as the place isn't very large. The staff and owner are very friendly.

23/03/2026: Amazing location, great day, very friendly and attentive staff, perfectly cooked meat (for me). The wine paired perfectly with the bruschetta with lard outdoors. Everything was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Maestro Cecchini before leaving and exchanging opinions on horse meat (I'm Sicilian). See you next time.
22/03/2026: Everything was perfect in terms of hospitality and catering etiquette thanks to Dario who was there for us from the very first moment! These are unique people and there should be more like him in Italy! Compliments also to the very helpful staff.

07/02/2026: Fuoco Matto is a restaurant where the quality of the dishes is paramount. The Irish rib eye steak is excellent, tender and flavorful, and the pizza is also exceptional, with a dough worthy of a Neapolitan pizza like few others in Florence. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere is spacious, clean, and welcoming. I'll definitely be back ❤️
