The atmosphere is modern and friendly. In addition to the truly excellent quality of the food, I'd like to highlight the waiter who served us (I don't remember his name, but he's a man in his 50s). He was truly elegant and friendly, a rare find! Compliments to the staff, and especially to him!

Excellent restaurant in the Cassia area with easy outdoor parking. I had a lovely evening. The Florentine steak with Danish beef was delicious, as was the potato amatriciana with cheese and bacon. The place is lovely. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the service is very friendly and attentive.

Simply AMAZING!!! After listening to their commercials on my favorite radio station for two years, I decided to try what they call "the temple of meat." I should start by saying that I'm a Texan by adoption, and like many of my fellow citizens, my family's main business is raising and selling meat, so I know a little about it. As soon as I walked in, the thing that struck me most was the friendliness of the staff, the speed with which they fulfilled our requests, and also their expertise in explaining the various items on the menu. Having said that, let's move on to the meal: EXCELLENT appetizers, with carefully selected ingredients that made all the difference, well-described by the waiter, and much appreciated by us. Then we ordered the pulled pork, served with a barbecue sauce that was even better than many I've tried in Texas, where it's decidedly superior to Italian ones. The pulled pork was incredibly tender, proof that it was expertly prepared with the famous slow cooking method. In addition to this, I also tried the mixed grill, which was also FANTASTIC, while the girls each had a burger, which was also EXCELLENT. The desserts also deserve praise, but if I had to recommend this place, it would definitely be for their meats. Prices vary based on the types of meat you choose, so you can spend a little or even get some very expensive cuts...but quality has its price (otherwise, go to a restaurant with an M :) )! After listing the main advantages of this restaurant, let's move on to the negatives: they are only open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Oh, I forgot, as in any self-respecting steak restaurant, the steak is served on a hot plate, probably made of cast iron (we didn't order steaks, but I saw the waiters serving them to other tables). I conclude by wanting to return to try other meats that I didn't try on my first visit. Update 12/02/2023 We returned to try other types of meat. I confirm all the impressions from my first visit: the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the appetizers exceptional, etc. We ordered the Wagyu, a Japanese breed of beef, and the Irish Hereford, which was definitely among the best meats I've ever eaten. The Wagyu was cooked at our table on a hot cast iron griddle, while the Irish Hereford was simply served at our table on a hot griddle. Update: Always Top

I had dinner here over the weekend for the first time. I wanted to try it because I'd heard good things about it, and it met our expectations. The meat is delicious, and you can choose it in front of you. I also recommend it for a less busy evening, as they also do hamburgers and fries (very good). The location is very nice, although the outside area can get a bit chaotic when it gets crowded, especially on weekends.

18/02/2026: Even though I've known the place for years, I've never written a review, but this time I just can't help it. The Valentine's Day dinner left me truly satisfied, thanks to the quality of the food, the originality, and, last but not least, the ability to "dress up" a romantic-themed evening in an absolutely elegant and appropriate way. Let's get to the point. We chose the Terra Menu and were greeted with a fiery red cocktail (pictured) accompanied by a crispy millefeuille with ricotta mousse, bresaola, and raspberry. Second option: artichoke salad with pecorino cheese and fresh mint. But the dish that really won me over was the gorgonzola and blueberry risotto. I was amazed that I could savor both ingredients without one overpowering the other. I'm sorry, but the photo isn't very good here, because the aroma made me jump, and I took the photo after I'd already eaten half the dish. Even the meat (braised veal with pears and pink peppercorns) was tender and flavorful, accompanied by colorful sweet and sour purple cabbage topped with crunchy pistachios. My appetite prevailed. No photos. And the sweet treat? Here it is, complete with a photo. I chose from four original options, but the evening called for red, so I chose the Red Velvet. Visually stunning, and I hope the photo, showing the spoon dipping into this beauty, conveys the pleasure. I'll conclude by saying that Stefania has proven to offer an experience of taste and hospitality. Her dishes demonstrate that there's more than just preparation and creativity behind them, but a desire to amaze and pamper those who sit at her table. My compliments, truly.
