Guys A place with the best!! I've been around a lot but the quality and choice available here are VERY DIFFICULT to find!!! I shared a Nebraska (Angus) simply divine, cooked perfectly like butter!! Excellent wine and special beef burgers!! I invite you to come here, exceptional quality/price!!! When the owner comes to the table and recommends the Cut, makes you choose the piece and finally offers you bitters and sorbet I'd say you've hit the jackpot!!! We'll be back often!!!

A place with broad shoulders, management, service and cuisine (bbq) move in unison putting you at ease A brief premise. I occasionally eat red meat, a choice not philosophical but out of habit, no mystical light in short, no preconceptions, I love seafood cuisine more which I understand even better through familiarity. I book for two with a dog in tow. A scorching Saturday evening. Wary by nature but always open to the advice of those who look after the customers at the table I ask for advice and the cuberoll is suggested. And let the cuberoll be. Let's try the fried onions first, good but perhaps a little too greasy for me, personal and completely subjective opinion, perhaps the oil was not at the right temperature but we are talking about a trifle. The main courses arrive. Pulled pork and of course the cuberoll. Excellent pulled pork, pulled and not immersed in covering sauces. The flavor is clear and the side dishes on the plate complement it in a timely manner, always finding the right balance on the palate. Then the cuberoll. I confess that I then went to look for the name, an alias of the ribeye, eaten other times but probably, indeed certainly it was not of this quality because it had been years since I tasted such tasty meat. Let's start with the cooking. Impeccably calibrated. No marked burns, pink inside, very soft cut. Whoever cooked it knows perfectly what and how he did it. This is what I like about certain places. That make you change your mind, take you by the hand and if you let yourself be guided they make you understand the broad shoulders that are in the kitchen. I am surprised by this excellence on the plate. The creme brulée is also very good, which I taste quickly. Certainly not semi-finished, perhaps the cream should be recalibrated with the addition of lemon zest or vanilla, necessary to create a correct balance with the fat part of the cream that reaches the palate a little unbalanced. And in any case, if only there were more desserts like this around. On a very hot evening I preferred beer, I leave the wine for more autumnal temperatures. To complement everything, a professional and friendly service like few others. I am lucky enough to shake hands with the owner, hands of a worker, a beautiful thing that made me feel at home. Nice to find such a welcome and preparation. In the era of sun and instagram dishes, a solid address where I can return again even if I travel a few more km as in my case.

The perfect escape if you want to eat quality meat! The various appetizers are also very good. Good things have a price and here you will find an adequate quality-price ratio. Recommended.

Very very nice place. I went with a friend and we had an appetizer, a grill for me and a sandwich for him, including dessert, water and drinks, €35 per person, an average price for what we ate. Special mention for me to the pulled pork and the birramisu which is truly fantastic. Very good service and a very nice place, they also have a selection of meats that we didn't try but it will surely be top considering what we tried.

The place is very well kept and clean, the meat is excellent and cooked with skill. It offers a very well-stocked wine list and also an excellent choice of beers. The staff is polite and professional, excellent quality and price. I highly recommend it ... a certainty for those who want excellent meat, every time I go there is a magnificent welcome, the owners and staff make me feel at home....... go and visit them you will be thrilled.

Sono stato a cena con un mio amico in questo locale e non posso che fare i complimenti sia al servizio che è stato attento alle richieste nostre ma soprattutto una carne squisita. Entrambi abbiamo preso la picanha con patate. Che dire! Ottima. Carne tenerissima fatta alla brace accompagnata con patate. Per finire cheesecake ai frutti di bosco. Tornerò sicuramente.
