We enjoyed the food and the beautiful view. Unfortunately, service ruined our dinner. They were extremely slow to serve our second course (over 1.5 hours wait), and the waiters avoided us instead of letting us know of the challenges they were facing that night in the kitchen. We had even trouble getting more water bottles, as they forgot about our requests twice.

Slow and inattentive service, dishes with extremely small portions, wonderful place but too many things to review!

One of the dishes that won us over was the risotto with courgette cream, lime and prawns. The combination of flavors was surprising, with the freshness of the lime perfectly enhancing the delicacy of the courgettes and prawns. Every bite was a taste experience, so much so that we couldn't help but order it both times. In addition to top-notch cuisine, the restaurant offers breathtaking views of the sea, which becomes even more spectacular at sunset. We highly recommend booking a table for that time, so you can enjoy an unforgettable view while dining. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making our time at Acquasalata even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and availability contributed to creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. In summary, the Acquasalata restaurant is a jewel in Nisporto that we warmly recommend to anyone who wants to savor exquisite dishes in a dream setting. Definitely one of the best dining experiences of our vacation!

The 5 stars are not enough to rate this wonderful place with food that stands out throughout the island. The breathtaking view makes dinner an experience that remains and one always hopes to return. We preferred a fish-based dinner but the menu also offers some meat dishes. The value for money is excellent. Super recommended!

Excellent courtesy from the moment of booking, we arrive on site with my partner and we realize a beautiful location with a breathtaking sea view, gourmet dishes, beautiful to look at and excellent on the palate. We celebrated the birthday of my partner, the their kindness went so far as to present her with a portion of dessert with a symbolic candle. Very affordable price considering the location and the quality of the dishes...We will definitely return 👏👏
