A wonderful discovery. Emanuele, the extremely kind owner, welcomes you with professionalism and a smile. It starts with a delightful surprise: delicious homemade bread and focaccia, an olive oil tasting, and mini portions of mock pastry with the flavor of Roman dishes (excellent and unique). The ingredients are exceptional, and the dishes were just the right amount of flavor. The dessert was EXCELLENT!! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

A wonderful experience! Courteous and attentive, they offered various tastings throughout the meal. The cuisine is exceptional, with interesting combinations of flavors and textures. An absolutely amazing experience. Beautiful flavours served in a creative way. We had the Zaffiro menu with wine pairing. Service was very attentive, and out glasses were never empty. Got some really good wine tips as well.
