My first experience ever at a restaurant with tastings, 11/10 rating. Excellent staff, excellent chefs. The dishes were so beautiful they seemed so horrible to eat. I was very, very satisfied. I'll definitely be back. P.S. Advice: SCRAPPING THE PASTA is a great way to make a mop of bread. They like it. Thank you so much for everything. See you next time.

Weer heerlijk genoten van het 'chef menu's van Chef Vincenzo Cucolo in restaurant Aquadulcis in Valle della Lucania, wat een feest. Met behoud van smaak weet hij je telkens weer te verrassen met gerechten bijna te mooi opgemaakt om op te eten. Hoewel het restaurant al enkele jaren een vermelding in de Michelingids heeft is voor ons is iedere gang is een Michelin ster waard. De wijnen zorgvuldig uitgezocht door sommelier Francesco zijn een smaakvolle aanvulling op de gerechten.
