My first experience ever at a restaurant with tastings, 11/10 rating. Excellent staff, excellent chefs. The dishes were so beautiful they seemed so horrible to eat. I was very, very satisfied. I'll definitely be back. P.S. Advice: SCRAPPING THE PASTA is a great way to make a mop of bread. They like it. Thank you so much for everything. See you next time.

Weer heerlijk genoten van het 'chef menu's van Chef Vincenzo Cucolo in restaurant Aquadulcis in Valle della Lucania, wat een feest. Met behoud van smaak weet hij je telkens weer te verrassen met gerechten bijna te mooi opgemaakt om op te eten. Hoewel het restaurant al enkele jaren een vermelding in de Michelingids heeft is voor ons is iedere gang is een Michelin ster waard. De wijnen zorgvuldig uitgezocht door sommelier Francesco zijn een smaakvolle aanvulling op de gerechten.

A place of unique beauty. Excellent service. The food is an experience of taste and variety. The chef prepares sublime dishes and offers unique tasting menus. It is always worth it when we are in Cilento.

13/08/2025: A pleasant surprise! Antonella (I hope I'm not mistaken) delighted us with a platter of excellent cured meats, including a culatello that you can't even eat in Parma, assorted cheeses with jam and honey, and a buffalo mozzarella that we've never tasted so good! A rich salad, beautifully seasoned! All served with little wait and a smile, despite the constant flow of new customers. The dessert could be improved.
07/08/2025: In the evening we ate a caprese plate of tomatoes and mozzarella, with a tagliere plate of mixed cheese and cold cuts. The products were of very good quality so we took a sandwich to take away the next day at lunchtime, 5€ for 2 mortadella/ricotta with really good bread. So we continued with a great bresaola/burrata/pomodirini sandwich for the next day, 10€ for # large sandwiches. Incredible! Go for the quality, the freshness, the kindness and the very reasonable prices, a great place!

19/07/2025: We had one week in Italy on vacation in Rome and the Amalfi Coast. Casa Pappalardo was by far the best meal of our trip. View is wonderful, service was attentive without being overly so. Well paced. Entire Casa team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was all first class, definitely Michelin star standard. Bread all home made, tuna tartare was arguably one of best I have ever had. Pasta courses my daughter had Lobster special was divine. We had Mullet for main course. Portion sizes were perfect and great flavors on all the dishes. Desserts home made and again first class. It was my daughter and my last night in Italy and the Casa team made it truly memorable for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant! All round top notch! Gracia, Casa team!!!
