Apron kitchen & soul In Caserta

We didn't book or see any reviews of Apron - just popped in off the street. I'm so glad we did as this was the best meal I've eaten in almost a month in Italy - the food was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. Three courses with drinks for under €100 as well. I've had lots of great pizza and pasta in the last few weeks but Apron offers a different take on traditional Italian food and gets it totally right. I see Google lists Apron as a seafood restaurant and while there is definitely fish on the menu there are plenty of other options. Don't hesitate - go as soon as you can!

Carmine and Giuseppe were incredibly welcoming. I was alone and had the pleasure of eating at the table overlooking the kitchen. My evening turned into a delightful experience, where I was able to chat with the chef and simultaneously watch my dishes being prepared. The ingredients were fresh and everything was delicious.

My experience at Apron Kitchen & Soul was excellent. The location is very modern and welcoming, the service was good, but there is room for improvement. The food was truly excellent: the Bao was delicious, the Fish and Chips were really good and original, the pasta was very good, and the Brownie was very tasty. A unique restaurant, one of the few gourmet restaurants in the center of Caserta. Recommended.

A refined and elegant environment, on several occasions I had the pleasure of tasting the dishes and the general atmosphere of apron, it has never disappointed expectations. An imaginative chef who manages to blend different flavors and consistencies for pleasant swings of taste.
