What can I say...I came from Milan to make this beautiful discovery in Parma! It's special to discover places like these that make the revolution, in a country like ours which is rather stale compared to the "tradition" which has everything except authenticity and goodness. This restaurant has an entirely Vegan menu, therefore with ingredients that do not derive from animal exploitation, delicious dishes, new and surprising flavours. The ambience and service were also highly appreciated, both very pleasant. All this, at an absolutely fair price. I recommend it without any doubt!

Almost entirely vegan restaurant outside Parma, very easy to reach also in terms of parking because it is not in a restricted traffic zone. Delicious and varied cuisine, very innovative and which often changes with the months. Prices a little high but really super quality! I highly recommend it, the place is also very well looked after inside. You can eat really well so many things that even as a vegan I had never tried!

Highly recommended vegetarian and vegan restaurant. The food is really excellent and the products are quality. The place is large and the staff friendly. We went over Easter and given the confusion the service was a bit slow but we will definitely try again on a normal day also to see the other dishes they offer.

Almost completely vegan, refined and tasty dishes and always friendly service
Looking for a vegetarian restaurant, we were attracted to Apriti Sesamo for Easter Monday lunch.
Excellent choice!
Lots of flavour, very high level with the various preparations and perfect balance of flavours.
The vegan pastiera is also good, with a very pleasant and persistent taste

A wonderful experience even for non-vegetarian people who want to try new and more sustainable flavours.
For the first time I tasted seitan and it reminded me a lot of the flavor of meat, but I appreciated it only for the taste itself (and not for the similarity): soft, succulent, with a base of vegetables (cap and purple potato) and perfect sauces.
However, we were a little disappointed by the lasagna because it only tasted of artichokes, even though it was still good.
