As a pure omnivore, trying to eat this type of cuisine has always led to prejudice, this restaurant has literally erased any type of negative lucubration. I ate not only very well but in a satisfying way, with taste peaks that were difficult to compare. Compliments.

The dishes served in this place are spectacular, the various dishes do not have the taste of a simple compromise between traditional food and vegan ingredients, but rather have their own identity and flavour, which cannot be obtained using ingredients other than vegan ones. The location is also excellent, elegant furnishings and pleasant service.

You can immediately tell that this restaurant knows what it's doing. The concept is to present exquisite dishes, which however have no frills or attempts to imitate omnivorous cuisine. The goal is to instead enhance the myriad of ingredients that are part of the vegan diet. The seitan with cherry tomatoes and snow peas was tasty, very summery and balanced in the flavors chosen. The chocolate and ginger mousse was sweet enough and left an excellent taste in my mouth, thanks above all to the perfectly balanced combination of chocolate and ginger. If I ever come back to Parma I will definitely go back.

The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Parma. The restaurant is very bright, with Nordic design furnishings. There are many plants present. It also offers organic and some vegan wines and a list of craft beers. The dishes are good but very spicy. Ice creams to avoid. High prices.

What a surprise it was to taste and enjoy vegan delicacies of excellent cuisine and quality. Attentive service and original spaces. It's great to have indications on the menu relating to certain contents of the various dishes offered. We will advertise in Switzerland
