We were looking for a place in Parma where we could eat at least vegetarian. We found Apriti Sesamo and enjoyed an excellent vegan lunch. The appetizers, first courses, and desserts we tried were delicious. We can't comment on the second courses, but the entire menu looks really good.

We came for dinner and were blown away by the food and seduced by the kindness and professionalism of those who, with so much love and dedication, have been running this business for thirty years. Each dish was a surprise for the eyes and the palate, offering expertly composed flavors that made us want more.
Needless to say, we returned the next day for lunch...
...and we had more, with something else just as good! Traveling the world for work, we've probably only once or twice encountered an organic vegan restaurant at this level!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!@

A positive experience and excellent quality for a fully vegan meal.
The appetizer tart was very good.
I expected the risotto-style buckwheat to be more risotto-like.
Another not-so-positive note about dessert: the tiramisu didn't taste like tiramisu at all; it tasted good, but it was too runny.
Last note: I think a bowl of ice cream with two scoops for €9 is out of line. I didn't buy it because of the price; I understand it's homemade, but at a good ice cream shop, I can get the same amount for €4, and it's still artisanal ice cream.
Fair prices (except for the ice cream mentioned above).

A restaurant in Parma, known for its carefully prepared and delicious dishes, and friendly and helpful staff, perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in healthy cuisine. The homemade desserts are exquisite. Highly recommended.
