Sono stata per la prima volta da Apriti Sedano in occasione del pranzo di Pasqua. Ho mangiato quindi a menù fisso, ed è stato tutto soddisfacente. Segnalo anche la bellissima vista di cui si gode che è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Il servizio è stato cortese, in particolare la ragazza che si è occupata del nostro tavolo è stata davvero affabile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Sono tornato in questo locale e l'ho trovato molto cambiato rispetto alla gestione dei fratelli Brodoloni, personale abbastanza giovane e un menù molto diverso. La qualità dei piatti è buona. ma l'offerta del menù appare troppo risicata, pochi piatti e con qualche ripetizione: La miglior cosa è sicuramente il servizio della ragazza in sala, veramente brava. Durante la serata il festeggiamento i un compleanno al piano inferiore aveva una musica un tantino fastidiosa....Prezzo leggermente sopra la media.

A view that will literally leave you speechless even though it was a rainy evening... the place is taken care of down to the smallest detail, located on three floors with accessibility to the third via lift as well as the stairs (I recommend taking the stairs if possible as the the care in the furnishings and the elegance is really worth it! every bite...is a culinary experience with excellent quality/price ratio! It was an unexpected discovery that I will recommend with great pleasure, and I will certainly return!

02/01/2025: For the second consecutive year we took advantage of the "New Year" package: what can I say, a very pleasant confirmation! The hotel is managed by the Longari family with care and attention for guests; the standard room is almost a mini apartment, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The service in the room is professional and the menu, while winking at Umbrian specialities, satisfies all needs. Located just outside Todi, its position allows you to easily reach the most important and characteristic sites in the region. A detail of no small importance, from the hotel there is direct access to the garage, where guests' cars are protected from the coldest nights.

16/02/2025: Kindness, hospitality, availability in addition to a welcoming, charming location and excellent food in which the search for detail and creativity in the kitchen, without neglecting taste, make room in the options made available by the restaurateur and his staff. Important wine list so as not to diminish the abundance of flavors and aromas that each dish offers. When you are looking for quality this is his home.
29/12/2024: Very good cured meats. The Candelotti are nothing special. The Tagliata was too white (the Maillard reaction was missing). Very small portion cake. In my opinion the prices are not consistent with what we consumed. No inn the cuisine aspires to a gourmet direction.
