A culinary discovery. I already knew the structure as it is a historic place in Corato, both in terms of the hotel and the restaurant. I didn't go there for several years, then when I learned of the new management I wanted to try it. I found totally renovated and comfortable environments, from the hotel lobby to the restaurant room. Then the real discovery was the food, a culinary experience of the highest level, with a quality a la carte menu and always fresh and impeccably prepared ingredients. The garden takes an extra step on spring/summer days, with the new swimming pool area and tables and sofas surrounded by greenery. I have returned again and again with the same result, quality and professionalism of the highest level, thanks also to the always kind and helpful staff, from the reception with Irene to the dining room with Francesco and Nunzia, up to the kitchen with the winning team at the service of Claudio. Well, compliments for all this go to the undisputed creators, Vincenzo and Adriana, new hosts always attentive to detail. Highly recommended

We booked the whole hotel and had my day before wedding party at Appia Antica. I cannot thank you enough Adrianna, Irene and Francesco thank you for making my wedding weekend perfect. You couldn’t do enough for me, my friends and family. We reserved hotel rooms for our daughter’s wedding guests for a three-day stay at the beginning of September. Adriana, Irene, Vincenzo, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They handled all our requests with ease, including arranging transfers and addressing any questions we had. Additionally, we hosted a pre-wedding party at the hotel's poolside area, where the food and beverages were of exceptional quality. The staff were not only friendly but also highly professional and attentive, ensuring a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy both its excellent service and the beauty of the surrounding area.

Located in a convenient position on a major road, it still proved to be quiet and relaxing. Large spaces and very high level of practicality and attention to detail. Modern rooms, well kept and clean. Very helpful and courteous staff. Highly recommended
