We went here after the rugby and were lucky enough to get a table after a very short wait. The waitress was amazing, helpful, attentive. The food was hot, tasty and served quickly. 2 bottles of wine, the 2nd with a plate of cheese was perfect. For our 4-day stay in Rome, I would say it was one of the best value evenings we had!

We found this restaurant by chance but would be very happy to go back. The service was excellent and the (lunch time) food and wine very good.

I had dinner at Apoteca with my friends, and I couldn't have chosen better. The restaurant is meticulously crafted, but what really stands out is the atmosphere: warm, welcoming, and instantly makes you feel at home. The cuisine is top-notch. We started with parmigiana and the original maritozzo with octopus and potatoes, followed by duck breast with port and blueberries (simply delicious), meatballs in tomato sauce with salted ricotta, and the Apoteca burger. The wine list deserves a special mention: we paired our dinner with an excellent Ruchè Classic di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG 2024. The desserts are small masterpieces: the pear in mulled wine and the deconstructed Sacher torte are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious. A special thanks to the owner for his kindness and for treating us to an excellent passito at the end of the dinner. A perfect blend of innovation and authentic hospitality. Highly recommended!

Very nice place! Very good selection of wines, cheeses, delicious bread, drunken meatballs and ham! Very friendly service! We'll be back soon.

Terrible food, very expensive: a plate of pickled vegetables, a glass of white wine, and a basket of bread cost €40 per person. Very nice and well-kept place.

An overpriced aperitif and a basement bathroom with steps with tiny treads. Unfortunately, this is what I was left with, despite the excellent meatballs. I was disappointed.

The food was good, although the portions weren't particularly generous. Refined dishes, but as mentioned, served as a sampling. I had the Cantabrian anchovies and the sea bream and potato millefeuille, both of which were satisfying, as was the salted caramel panna cotta, the latter too sweet for my taste. I suggest offering a liqueur or grappa at the end of the meal, as it would be a good calling card.

A very unique and well-organized place. The staff were very kind and helpful in explaining the dishes and taking orders. There were two of us, and we had two cocktails and a burger. I'd been there before and tried the "caldi" (hot) burgers, which were also good. I tried the vegetarian pumpkin burger with fries and sauces. Parking isn't easy, but you can find it on the surrounding streets.
