I've been a customer for years, but I haven't been here since last winter. I dined there with friends and didn't make a good impression; the wait staff was slow, distracted, and I'd even say inexperienced, which made our dinner truly unpleasant. We waited 40 minutes for three desserts only to be told they were almost all sold out, and the only one they brought us (a basil-based dessert) tasted like nothing. We witnessed some confusion and arguments among the staff in the dining room, and obviously no one apologized to us when we paid the bill. Will this remain one of my go-to restaurants? I don't know!

We’ve been pasta’d out. Found to be an 8 minute walk from our hotel & liked what we saw on the online menu. Threw them a curve ball, asking for a couple meals & desserts for take away. After checking with the manager & chef, all was good with our request. Everything was perfect. Plenty of seating inside & out, very friendly staff. Roman artichokes were to die for served with pickled onions, raub & light salad, perfecto.
Update: We returned the next day with our group of 18 & had a few of the pasta offerings. All were excellent. I was on a quest for authentic cacio e Pepe and this was the one.

For some time now, after every Roma game, my father and I have been going to eat at Apoteca.
Young and competent staff, top quality food and wines.
We highly recommend this restaurant.

Il locale è carino, sia dentro che fuori, ben attrezzato; piacevole poter vedere mentre si preparano gli affettati per i taglieri; i camerieri un pò impacciati, solo acqua filtrata (che non amo) ma poi sono arrivate due bottigliette sigillate; ci sono state offerte delle chips fritte ma erano fredde, le polpette sono state preparate omogeneizzando il contenuto, mentre a me piacciono rustiche, dove distingui anche con il palato la carne o il resto; l’hamburger si presenta bene, il wok con 3 risi e pollo mi è piaciuto ma parecchio sapido. Insomma posto interessante da approfondire, ci tornerò per provare ancora.

Capitati per caso e dovendo scegliere un posto carino dove mangiare Apoteca ci ha colpito. La grande sorpresa è stata la qualità dei primi piatti, ottimi!!! Anche il vino consigliato da loro buonissimo. Il locale è molto carino, accogliente, il personale è gentilissimo e simpatico! Consigliatissimo
