Bar tender is a grumpy old man, but the hotel is very nice.

The hotel was nice but how is anyone supposed to sleep if there are lights in the windows, the curtains helped a bit but still. The room we stayed at the lights were constantly flickering too and it was really annoying. The room was so hot and the air-conditioning was making it worse even when it was on cold. But other then that it was fine. I personally didn't go to breakfast but heard it was not anything special or good.

Nice hotel near a bus stop that will take you to Venice. Has a secure parking lot.

I stayed here for one night, also taking advantage of the dinner service. The room was very clean, but despite turning off the thermostat and sleeping by the window in the dead of winter, it was decidedly hot, and the heating continued to run; reading the reviews, I agree. A toilet in the bathroom was broken, along with the fan, so it didn't ventilate at all, resulting in a stagnant feeling after a shower. I must say it was very nice and clean, and the hairdryer was more like a dressing room than a 4-star hotel. I must say I wasn't impressed with the set dinner menu. The glasses of red wine were served chilled, and the dishes, although very good except for the potatoes, which were probably frozen, were more like a trattoria than a 4-star hotel. The sausage and mushroom entree, however, was very good. Breakfast was worthy of a 5-star experience; there were multiple coffee and cappuccino machines that worked very well, and the trays were constantly refilled. The staff was very friendly. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend dinner or a longer stay given the price. It's more of a group hotel, perhaps. The attention to detail was a bit lacking, though these are all factors that could be improved.

A 3-star hotel in my opinion. The hotel is well located, clean, and the rooms are spacious. However, the breakfast leaves much to be desired. Limited choice, and the fruit was rotten. The staff was adequate.

Nothing to complain about! Clean room, comfortable bed, very comfortable/spacious bathroom, decent breakfast. Bar in the evening with music on TV. Bus line 2 100m away. 15 minutes from Venice, ideal location. We recommend it.

Negative experience, we stayed in an apartment on the third floor (the elevator was out of order for the entire stay), the boiler was located in the corridor and made a very annoying noise at night, the parking space was practically a storage room, there was everything... after 3 sleepless nights we left the apartment a day early.

Wonderful breakfast (varied). Hotel without complaints. Parking with limited spaces, but with an excellent location of the hotel. Friendly staff, perfect service. Affordable prices for this kind of service.
