Excellent. One of the best restaurants I've had. Delicious and well presented dishes, from homemade to breadsticks. Fast and very professional service, cozy room. In addition to the appetizers offered with the aperitif, there is also the soup offered and a piece of pie and homemade pannettone also offered to finish. Nice surprises.

Great unexpected place, very tasty food. Top white truffle pasta, and great selection of starters. High quality products combined with piemontese cuisine was great evening. Didnt have enkugh space to finish the maicourses.

We went for lunch, everything was truly excellent, from the service to the food and the wine. In the center of Alba, in front of the Duomo, highly recommended if you spend two here! Medium-high prices, but worth it.

We enjoyed egg dishes, pasta, and porcini topped with lots of white truffles.
Paired with local red wine, it tasted amazing❗

Un sabato sera pieno di persone nelle vie di Alba per la Notte Bianca. Abbiamo cenato al Ristorante APE in Piazza Risorgimento (ex Calissano ) Cena Fantastica .Abbiamo iniziato con l'entratina di benvenuto ,insalata russa ,a seguire, battuta di fassone e vitello tonnato (perfetti ) come primo piatto, linguine e tajarin ai funghi porcini ( veramente buoni ) il tutto accompagnato con un buon Nebbiolo di Domenico Clerico
Come dessert un fiordilatte abbinato a tre marmellate ,molto azzeccate
Complimenti al nuovo chef e al personale attento e professionale, 👍

Il Personale è molto gentile e il è cibo squisito. Tutto perfetto! Ci torneremo presto con molto piacere ! Aperitivo elegante e raffinato . Agnolotti del plin buonissimi , vitello tonnato da urlo !
