Not far from Palazzo Vecchio is the true place of Florentine flavors and tastes, here you can taste the typical focaccia with finocchiona inside or other Tuscan delicacies. Lower prices compared to other competitors in the area.
The only flaw for my palate was slices of raw ham cut too thick, the rest was all top notch.

Non posso dire che la schiacciata non fosse buona, ma qualche appunto lo farei; ho scelto crudo, gorgonzola e zucchine grigliate. La schiacciata era molto croccante e una bella fettona grande, punto positivo, ma nell’insieme risultava pesante forse perché era tutto troppo freddo, schiacciata fredda, gorgonzola ovviamente da frigo e zucchine fredde..capisco che il crudo non si debba scaldare ma in una giornata già fredda non è stato il massimo. Il giudizio sarebbe stato più alto se fosse stata tiepida.

Absolutely amazing spot for lunch! We found it accidentally on our way to another over-advertised sandwich place. The products are very very fresh and you can make your own sandwich (8.5 eur), mine was with mortadella, burrata, pistachio and ruccola. They also serve burgers and sausages. Delicious and highly recommended!

Cercavo un posto per gustare la famosa schiacciata con dei salumi locali... ma non volevo un posto turistico e troppo pubblicizzato...volevo qualcosa di autentico.
Incuriosito dalla bellissima vetrina sono entrato e devo dire che la schiacciata e il salame toscano sono da urlo!! wow!
Il personale simpaticissimo e gentile.
Ci sono tornato prima di partire per comprare qualche delizia da portare con me a casa.
Super consigliato!
