Absolutely amazing spot for lunch! We found it accidentally on our way to another over-advertised sandwich place. The products are very very fresh and you can make your own sandwich (8.5 eur), mine was with mortadella, burrata, pistachio and ruccola. They also serve burgers and sausages. Delicious and highly recommended!

Historic sausage factory in Florence.
Excellent for those who want to try cured meats and typical meat.
Excellent hamburger sandwiches.
Positive note to the staff, courteous, kind and helpful.
A stop not to be missed for anyone going to Florence!

Unfortunately I couldn't come and taste their sandwich because there were always people there. On the other hand, I took the opportunity to come and buy some local cold meats to bring back as souvenirs.
Everything was under vacuum, no problem for the plane.
The person who advised me was very nice. Reasonable price for the quality.

Una macelleria con una qualità di prodotti divina!! Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, abbiamo gustato dell'ottimo vino e dei taglieri di salumi veramente veramente buoni, per non parlare dei formaggi.. provateli e tutto il resto vi sembrerà il nulla!!
