Honestly better than the shop next door! More of a local shop, as everyone in line was speaking Italian, and it helped that we ordered in Italian. So glad we found this spot! Saving it for the future.

Very good schiacciate with genuine cured meats made by them. The staff is kind and very fast. A special thanks to Elisa who also offered us a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. We will see you again on my next trip to Florence.

We got the most delicious sandwiches here. Thanks to the cashier who so patiently explained to us each menu item. The enormous and illogical lines for the famous sandwich store next door made us enter this shop and we have no regrets

Small and historic sausage factory located near Piazza della Signoria. The Schiacciata was excellent and large, abundant with cured meats and we were served immediately. Highly recommended!

The best schiatta I ate in Florence. It is next to the Antico Venaio, which is always full, and I thought it was much better. Plus, they sell sausage if you want to take it on a trip. Totally recommended.

Non posso dire che la schiacciata non fosse buona, ma qualche appunto lo farei; ho scelto crudo, gorgonzola e zucchine grigliate. La schiacciata era molto croccante e una bella fettona grande, punto positivo, ma nell’insieme risultava pesante forse perché era tutto troppo freddo, schiacciata fredda, gorgonzola ovviamente da frigo e zucchine fredde..capisco che il crudo non si debba scaldare ma in una giornata già fredda non è stato il massimo. Il giudizio sarebbe stato più alto se fosse stata tiepida.

A Firenze lo scorso weekend con la mia famiglia. Consigliato da amici, a pranzo abbiamo fatto tappa in questo meraviglioso salumificio dove abbiamo potuto gustare la tipica focaccia fiorentina insieme a tante altre prelibatezze gastronomiche (formaggi buonissimi e non solo).
Il locale è piccolo e ha pochi tavoli per gustarsi la focaccia con calma ma comunque, ne vale assolutamente l'attesa (devo dire poca, considerando che era un sabato prefestivo).
Oltretutto, il prezzo è ottimo per una schiacciata di quelle dimensioni, considerando quanto è ricca di condimento!
Il personale, assolutamente gentile e simpatico.
Ci ritorneremo!
