We had a lovely meal at Antico Pozzo. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and the service was good. We did have to queue for about 20 minutes for a table but the staff were very apologetic. The restaurant is situated in a very nice outside terrace surrounded by Italian buildings and trees. All of the food was very good quality and they were good sized portions. There were a few vegetarian options to choose from as well.

Lo encontramos por casualidad. Un sitio trsnquilo, fresco, nos dieron una mesa dentro pero en la ventana que daba al pozo y las mesas de fuego. Trato excelente y comida bien elaborada ( el todito de cavilo viola fue un descubrimiento) Bravo e Grazie

Location in the heart of Bellagio, close to the boat departure station. Nice reception, smiling people. The apartment is good, completely sufficient for 2 nights.

Rooms above the restaurant where really helpful and nice people work. Contact with the owners was great!!! Rooms clean and in a great location. We also got a discount for two restaurants :)

The location could practically not be better if you want to stay in Bellagio. We didn't have to interact much with the staff but they seemed friendly and smiling. The room itself was quite good for the price.

11/11/2024: I only had dinner with them once for a family birthday. I don't know if it was a bad evening or not, but regarding my experience with them I was not completely satisfied. The place is not bad either in terms of environment or area, unfortunately it has the flaw of the bathroom with access only via a staircase which for the occasion was completely wet due to a water leak. Furthermore, out of two available bathrooms, one for men and one for women, the one for men was broken. The menu presents many choices of pizza, both in terms of ingredients and type. My pizza arrived first compared to the rest of the table, but well before the others, and not as I had asked, when I finished my pizza someone still hadn't received theirs. While another pizza arrived at the table we had to ask to re-cook it because it was far behind in cooking. Nothing to say about the good desserts, unfortunately however out of a total of 5 desserts requested they forgot 1, managing to get it to us after reminding the dining room staff a couple of times. Timings and service to be reviewed. I hope it was just a bad evening. I will be back to give them a second chance. The timing
