Intimate restaurant with internal courtyard, welcoming and simple. The owner is very kind. The food was tasty and flavourful: the lamb shank melted in the mouth and the risotto creamed in the cheese wheel was delicate. Typical Piedmontese cuisine that tastes like home, very well cared for.

Piedmontese cuisine dishes with careful attention to ingredients that also stand out positively for their workmanship. The restaurant, located in a small alley in the center near the main promenade, is divided into small rooms that give a sense of intimacy and peace with pleasant background music to accompany. Prices that are not cheap, almost in a balanced quality-quantity-price ratio.

The rabbit ragù was amazing! So was the game hen. Friendly service, good portions, a little camped spatially inside but overall a wonderful place for dinner. My fiancé and I shared all our plates and they split them for us before bringing them out which was sweet and helpful.

Arrived by chance with my partner on a Saturday for lunch, without having booked. However, they seated us quickly. The environment is very rustic and vintage, which I personally always like. Ordered two dishes of the day (not on the menu, but written on the large blackboard in the room where our table was): gnocchi with creamed cod for my partner, and lamb shank with potatoes for me. A glass of wine each. Good and tasty dishes (perhaps the gnocco slightly ahead of cooking); Very soft lamb shank, perfectly cooked and deliciously spiced. We ended with two desserts: the berry cheesecake was light and creamy, but the most particular dessert was the zola ice cream with honey and walnuts, incredibly pleasant and satisfying: they explained to us that it was a fiordilatte creamed with zola. The taste of zola persists just long enough to maintain balance with the other ingredients: truly remarkable! Closed the lunch with a passito. Decent wines. Nothing to say about the service either: friendly and punctual staff in serving the dishes. Absolutely worth trying.
