Very friendly staff and excellent food. We tried the stew and the ossobuco and they melted in your mouth! If I have to make a note, perhaps a little less salt, but it's a personal taste. Really congratulations!!

Super positive experience, we went for lunch. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. More than excellent food, we tried the mix of crostoni as a starter and as main courses the mother's ravioli, with Chianina ragù, and pappardelle with wild boar ragù. To finish, a panna cotta with berries and a blueberry tart. Super highly recommended!

If you come to the province of Siena and don't go to Antico Travaglio you're making an absolute mistake, the cuisine is worth the trip, for variety, quality and friendliness. Absolute excellence.

Location suggestiva e molto curata. Menù ampio con buona possibilità di scelta, così come è buona la carta dei vini anche se ovviamente molto orientata sul vino per eccellenza del territorio il chianti. Le pietanze sono qualitativamente apprezzabili. Il servizio gentile ma molto lento. Unica nota dolente il conto. Su consiglio del cameriere abbiamo preso qualche piccolo assaggio di antipasto fuori menù che si è rivelato eccessivamente caro rispetto ai prezzi dei piatti in menù. E purtroppo questo consiglio ci ha lasciato con molto amaro in bocca. 2 tartare con un piattino di fiori di zucca, 4 piattini di antipasto (e quando dico piattini intendo assaggini), 2 bottiglie di acqua e 1 di vino (il meno caro della lista) ci è costato 121 euro. E per fortuna che amaro è caffè sono stati offerti altrimenti altro che 120 euro...credo quindi che nonostante la buona esperienza non tornerò in questo locale. Peccato.

Romantic garden setting for our last meal in Monterigionni. Great choice of food with daily specials. We had a sharing starter with crostini and meats. Wow the flavours were incredible. Parabella and mushrooms for mains followed by tiramisu. Wine and an Aperol spritz all for just over €80. Staff spoke good English too.
