Very unique experience with exceptional service and extraordinary food, and wine. Our waiter was knowledgeable and helpful, the location had a vibe that was rustic and simple. The fortified town is totally worth visiting and this is the place to eat once inside.

Fantastic experience between quality food and unique location.
In the small wonderful town of Monteriggioni (Siena), restaurant in the square, dinner at sunset, 2 glasses of Nobile and excellent food, very nice Fabrizio and Vittorio (like good Tuscans).
On advice we took a mix of starters for a complete tasting (the hot ones have an extra edge), the pici with rabbit ragù and the stracotto (it melted in your mouth) top.
What can I say, a great evening!

Locale non bellissimo nella piazza centrale di Monteriggioni alto. Personale gentile, menu molto vario arricchito anche da pietanze del giorno. Abbiamo scelto degli assaggi di queste pietanze e poi un primo. Il figlio si è buttato su una fiorentina da 1.2kg che è costata non poco (90€) ma sicuramente di buona qualità e cottura. Abbiamo concluso con un dolce a testa. Nessun dubbio sulla buona qualità dei piatti e del servizio. Prezzi sopra la media, ma ogni tanto si può fare.

Siamo stati accolti in modo così cortese che faceva ben pensare per il prosieguo. Infatti, la disponibilità e la cortesia si sono mostrati durante tutto il tempo della cena con validi consigli per la cena. Piatti toscani cucinati sapientemente e con originalità accompagnati da un ottimo vino rosso. Spettacolare il prosciutto locale assaggiato.
