Very pleasant stop for lunch, delicious food! We ordered the ribollita, the tortelloni, the tagliatelle and the fillet with lard (the tender meat, it melts in your mouth!!! A spectacle!) and the pear cake. Adequate and tasty portions! Flavors of Tuscany in a magical context within the walls of Monteriggioni, which satisfy the palate and bring joy. It's always nice to sit at the table and meet professionals. Monteriggioni proved to be a pleasant and unexpected visit and the same was true for this tavern which offers traditional dishes presented with enthusiasm and of excellent quality. You will also be surprised by the prices which to define as "honest" is an understatement when compared to the quality. We arrived at the opening because we then had to return but, from the movement I perceived, I think it is necessary to book well in advance.

Place immersed in the splendid setting of Monteriggioni, very good food and above all the wine from a nearby company. Very friendly staff and for me, an excellent quality-price compromise! Advised!

Had dinner in the company of friends in a welcoming location, cheerful and friendly staff, we immediately felt at ease and everything we ate was delicious, a refined cuisine that enhances the truly quality taste both in the raw materials but also in the mastery of the execution of the dishes...... congratulations.

A great discovery! ❤️ We stopped by chance at this osteria in Monteriggioni because it is very close to the hotel where we stayed. We were there for 2 consecutive days, lunch and dinner, we completely fell in love with it! Wide range of options including vegetarian options, varied menu, honest prices and sublime wines. A very positive note is that they follow the seasonality of the products. Fabrizio and his staff are wonderful, friendly and prepared, they know how to advise you and find the solution to everything. I give 5 stars because I can't give more, otherwise I would classify the tavern as one of the best restaurants in the area in the province of Siena. Well done everyone, and congratulations to those who work especially in the kitchen. Thanks Fabrizio, we will definitely return to try your menu proposal in the summer. Infatti, la disponibilità e la cortesia si sono mostrati durante tutto il tempo della cena con validi consigli per la cena.
