Location carina al centro di Caserta vecchia, proprio di fronte al duomo. Personale cortese. Tempi di attesa un pó lunghi, ma fa niente... Prezzi medi Porzioni abbondanti Passando al cibo...antipasti buoni 10-15 euro a persona Primi discreti ma pieni d aglio...so che da sapore ma la mia pasta sembrava condita con crema d aglio...un aroma che ha coperto tutti gli altri sapori e per me eccessivo in quantitativo...la metà bastava! Secondi non all altezza in quanto la carne (cosa più costosa del menù) risultava molto dura, bisogna avere mascelle ben allenate, mi riderisco alla tagliata di scottona e cotoletta soprattutto. Patatine discrete ma surgelate (anche se quando abbiamo chiesto ci hanno detto di no), verdure grigliate anch esse troppo piene d aglio... Coperto 2.50 euro Consiglio di utilizzare una qualità di carne diversa o cucinarla in modo da intenerirla un pó e poi di andarci piano con l aglio...credo che lo ricorderò per giorni

Prenotiamo un tavolo , NS prima volta, gentile la persona che prenota credo il proprietario, locale molto bello , sala classica nel refettorio molto bella e salette più moderne , un cortile interno bellissimo con del verde ed una terrazza posteriore che lascia senza fiato, cameriere molto simpatico e veloce, abbiamo preso primi e secondi di carne , tutto buono , si sta bene prezzi nella media non bassi ma adeguati, una sola imperfezione , carne buona ma cotta un tantino troppo, cmq nel complesso esperienza buona Bel posto, si mangia bene , bella giornata ..........

Absolutely recommended. We were pleasantly surprised. Very particular location, the restaurant is in fact housed in a former convent from the 1500s of which the structural and architectural aspects are preserved. Typical cuisine with quality and native raw materials. Simple but attentive service, fair value for money. We took 1 Caserta platter for 2, crostone with lard, first 1 pappardella with ragù and 1 plate of fusilli with broccoli cream, sausage and flakes of ricotta; 1 portion of mixed grilled meat, 2 bottles of water, cover charge and bread, €83. It was worth every single €. See you soon!

Splendid lunch seasoned with a familiar and comforting atmosphere. A corner of peace that manages to combine the quality of the raw material with abundant and satisfying dishes. Highly recommended by me, after my in-laws (Farina) who are local, took me there
