The first time I went, the cured meats weren't great quality, the meat was good, the first course was good... the service was average, but the restroom smelled bad. I expected more.

We went for a meal on August 15th 2025. We booked the day before and found a table right away. There were 11 of us at the table, and they were very accommodating even when we arrived with an extra person. The fixed-price menu was much appreciated, and especially the free pasta for the kids! Excellent service and a very nice monastery.

Right in front of the Duomo of Caserta Vecchia is this restaurant.
Location, which is an old convent, truly superb. We had lunch in 4.
Good food as well as the service.
Prices a little higher than the average of the local restaurants, but justified by the beauty of the place.
We had lunch outside because today it was infernally hot.
I will definitely return, but in the evening or when the temperatures are cooler.
Food more suitable in winter than when it is very hot.

Fine dining. Everything was fresh and lovingly prepared. We were there with our family and relatives. Very good food with regional wine. Highly recommended.

Having lunch in an ancient 16th century monastery was very evocative. The quality of the raw materials is excellent. The service is fast and friendly. Super recommended in Casertavecchia.

Ottimo ristorante dove si mangia veramente bene.
Vino Taurasi ottimo. Giornata fantastica per mangiare all' aperto.
Dentro sarebbe stato più tetro essendo una struttura del '500. Un plauso al cameriere che ha gestito tutto da solo!
