I went there because they said it was the original tiramisu.
It was definitely different.
The harmony of coffee, cream, and the moistness of the bread(?) was the most consistent.
I've tried tiramisu all over the place,
and this is the most harmonious tiramisu with coffee.
You have to eat the tiramisu right away.
The cream gets richer as time goes by.
I couldn't make a reservation, so it's a shame I couldn't eat there.

Wonderful evening.
The chef's freehand tasting menu. Amazing wine selection. Excellent wine list, but talking to Andrea is a surefire way to go. He knows where to start with anything.
I see from past reviews that some tourists show up 10 minutes before closing time thinking they can eat. "Sweet summer child," as they say in English. The staff is always super clear when it comes to food. They always want to give you the best experience, so if they refuse service, it's because they'd be sinning. Whether for an aperitif or dinner, highly recommended.

This tiramisu conquers and consoles.
It's velvety, caressing the palate and silently chasing away melancholy.
It's not the usual sugar + mascarpone nostalgia: each layer tells the story of this amazing dessert.
The center is pure caress. It's the tiramisu of dreams, if dreams could cook.

If you're expecting tiramisu with Amaretto, you'll be disappointed. The dessert is decent, but not impressive. And quite expensive. The coffee is weak.

Sicuramente il più famoso ristorante cittadino, menzionato Michelin. Spazio all'esterno per i famosi cicchetti, all'interno una cucina gastronomica che spazia dai piatti storici rivisitati a quelli di ispirazione chiaramente moderna.
Imperdibile il Tiramisù, inventato in questo luogo circa mezzo secolo fa!
