I was in Venice for a weekend and I had the pleasure of having dinner in this beautiful restaurant where the elegance of the location in typical Venetian style combines with the excellence of the dishes. The dining room staff is always attentive to the customer, kind and helpful. The quality/price ratio is excellent, the raw materials of the dishes are of excellent quality. Super recommended.

Ci siamo fermati a mangiare in questo locale storico di Venezia a due passi da piazza San Marco. Locale veramente bellissimo, personale cordiale e cibo ottimo.

The cuttlefish noodles are delicious and their freshly made desserts are even better! There is no fishy smell. The service is attentive and enthusiastic. There are no surprises. Highly recommended!

サンマルコ広場からも徒歩5分とアクセスも良く、店内は落ち着いた雰囲気です。サラダとイカ墨スパゲッティを注文したのですが、イカ墨はたっぷりと使われてイカの風味も感じられ良かったです。 サラダも新鮮でした。

The service is impeccable: the staff is courteous, attentive and always available to recommend the dish or wine best suited to personal tastes. The restaurant also offers an excellent selection of homemade desserts, and I couldn't help but conclude with a delicious tiramisu, creamy and with an authentic taste. The romantic atmosphere and charm of the city make Ristorante Antico Pignolo the ideal place for a special dinner. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an authentic culinary experience in Venice. I will definitely be back!

19/10/2024: Delete the previous one too. My nephew played with my phone.... I had a great meal, really nice staff and a stellar chef. We ate there several evenings and if we return to Venice we will not fail to return.

09/03/2025: I would give it 10 stars, but that's not possible. Food: great fish, fresh, delicious. We took baked sea bream and turbot, sardines al saor, dessert. All delicious and highly recommended. Environment: quiet, very welcoming, spacious. Staff: I congratulate the owner first of all for how he treats his employees, always with kindness and helpfulness, I have never heard him criticize anyone, always calm and smiling. Then the really smart guys, super fast, nice and welcoming. Prices: honestly normal, very honest prices for such high quality fish. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience, we will definitely be back.
07/03/2025: Ho mangiato qui in estate, tutto buonissimo, ottima qualità del pesce e ottima cucina. Sono tornata fiduciosa in gennaio e sono rimasta basita dalla pessima qualità del pesce e della cucina. Quindi che dire... Una tale differenza di livello, sotto tutti i punti di vista, mi è inspiegabile.. difficile dire se tornerò.. un vero peccato
