Tornata dopo anni in questo ristorante che fa parte dei miei ricordi familiari e che dire? Una piacevolissima riscoperta! Ambiente accogliente, proprietario gentilissimo e a modo, piatti della tradizione di ottima qualità accompagnati da buon vino e tanta simpatia. Ci tornerò!

we organized a lunch with friends, a round of local appetizers, two first courses including an excellent risotto with toma cheese and roast sauce, we concluded with an excellent selection of desserts. The staff very kind and helpful. In the upper floor you can organize parties and I will most likely organize my daughter's first communion.

STUPENDOUS. Too bad I didn't take photos of the dishes. From appetizers to first courses to desserts. Refined cuisine where all the aromas explode in a supreme taste. Pride of the territory and a splendid lunch in the company of friends. Absolutely worth trying and will become a permanent fixture. Feeling at home but pampered and served with professionalism, attention, care and a wonderful smile. Thank you thank you :)

This Piedmontese restaurant welcomes you with a welcoming atmosphere. Luca and all the staff always have a warm smile and their service is impeccable! Piedmontese dishes are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You also can't miss the homemade desserts, such as the chocolate cake with pears and apples and their panna cotta. Ultimately, the Antico Palter restaurant is much more than just a place to eat... it is a journey through the flavors and traditions of Piedmont!

We had lunch at the old Palter. We were immediately struck by the welcome of the staff, who were really kind and friendly! The premises are really well looked after in detail. We ate really well, the Savoia risotto is truly the best. The traditional dishes are really excellent. I really recommend it to everyone!

Locale molto carino e tipico con una squisita cucina tipica del Piemonte. Pur nella tradizione c'è un tocco di fantasia in più che accende la curiosità. Dai salumi alle carni e formaggi abbiamo apprezzato la qualità della materia prima, il tutto accompagnato dalla simpatia del proprietario che ci ha serviti.

05/04/2024: We ate at this magnificent venue this evening. The restaurant is truly amazing because it has a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine is traditional and typical of the city of Turin and the waiters who are very kind, absolutely prepared and will know how to put you at ease (as well as making you laugh more than a few!) have been able to advise us on the best dishes at their disposal, even if the The entire menu is really inviting, with a varied choice and excellent value for money! All the dishes we ordered were excellent. Congratulations to all the staff. A place not to be missed in the city of Turin.

29/03/2024: I recommend everyone to have dinner here, the food is excellent and the service is top notch. Authentic and intense flavours, from starters to desserts, a truly excellent dinner. The menu is typically Piedmontese with a hint of modernity, although simple the dishes have drive and character, I didn't think I would be so impressed. I go back to saying really recommended.
04/03/2024: Elegance, professionalism and quality of the dishes are the virtues that make this restaurant one of the best in Turin.
