03/11/2025: We arrived in Veneto, near the stunning Dolomites, with a familiar traveler's worry: "What are we going to eat?" We were tired, ravenously hungry, and feeling a bit uncertain. All that anxiety melted away the moment we found this place. To call it "heavenly" doesn't quite do it justice; it felt like finding an oasis.
The star of the show, without a doubt, is the meat. This isn't just a quick-seared dish; this is the kind of food made with time and care. You can taste the hours of slow-cooking in every bite. The meat was incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection, clearly prepared fresh by chefs who truly understand their craft. It was succulent, rich, and exactly the kind of hearty, satisfying meal we had been craving.
And you absolutely cannot skip the fries. They aren't just a simple side dish; they are a "must-try" in their own right. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right—the ideal companion to the stellar main course.
What truly elevated this from a great meal to a memorable experience, however, was the atmosphere. The staff was genuinely so nice and welcoming. Everyone greeted us with such warmth that we instantly felt at ease. It didn't feel like a standard, impersonal restaurant; it felt like we had been invited into someone's home for a five-star, home-cooked meal.
For anyone visiting the Veneto region, especially near the Dolomites, and looking for exceptional, soulful food, this restaurant is an absolute must. It’s a place that cooks with passion, and it shows.
12/10/2025: In the area at 8:40 pm, call and… if you arrive within 5 minutes, otherwise no, in any case the grill is already clean! So second rabbit and that's it!
