The interior is small and welcoming, while outside you can eat under the umbrellas and with the traffic coming and going. Other than that, the food is good and the price is reasonable.

Nothing special, just a nice little place to eat and spend little. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the food isn't what you'd expect from a fraschetta. The ingredients are high-quality, but learn how to stir the pasta. A gricia with a puddle of water underneath is hard to see or eat. Thanks.

A go-to place for all our dinners with friends. (An Italian friend of mine absolutely wants to eat at Fabiola's when he comes to San Francisco.) Excellent, high-quality food at unbeatable, super-fair prices. In the summer, eating outside is unbeatable. In the winter, I absolutely recommend making a reservation. Highly recommended. The only thing is, once you know this place, you won't be able to live without it.

We had lunch at Fabiola's at Antico Grottino and were thrilled (Diletta's table). The carbonara was incredibly creamy, the tripe was perfectly cooked, and the porchetta was simply sublime. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor authentic Roman cuisine.

Nice restaurant in the center of Ariccia. Very good food, especially the porchetta and cured meats. I think the guanciale should have been cooked a little longer in the gricia. Friendly, fast, and helpful service.
