Historic bakery, despite the success of recent times on social media, it maintains its traditions, very good focaccia, I recommend the one with stracciatella and capocollo. The tables set up outside are also very nice and give you the opportunity to eat there. Honest prices per kg for the quality.

I had heard so much about this oven and finally had the chance to go there. Delicious focaccia and bread and even if there is a long waiting line, the staff is ready immediately to offer you some tastings. It's worth going there!

Right outside the entrance there is the excellent smell of oven bread, inside there is a large wood-burning oven and a large number of fresh, well to heavily browned bread with large-pored crumbs, all sourdough of course.

As mentioned in relation to the Santa Clara bakery, one of the differences with the others is in the focaccia cooked on the stone and not in the pan, almost free of oil, it is crunchier and the bread also has a more superior crust... In all cases both by date which due to sponsorship is one of the most popular bakeries among tourists influenced by influencers and a clearly visible sign from the street and also from the doors... queue of around 100m and 30 minutes of queuing, are worth it, at least to get a idea.
