Everything was top-notch...the grandmother making bread with so much love, the aroma wafting from afar. The bread and pizza were truly amazing!!

The magician's lair... to say it's evocative is an understatement... the focaccias eaten on site were absolutely delicious, it's a shame that the biscuits purchased (freshly baked) and brought home, despite strict adherence to the storage instructions given, quickly lost their (initially impeccable) fragrance.

The host, Michele, is fantastic! We're vegetarians and we bought some focaccias, but the eggplant one had mortadella that wasn't visible. Michele heard we were vegetarians and had us exchange the focaccias for others and refunded the difference! I've never experienced anything like this before! He also found us a table instead of a bench and gave us free grilled peppers. A true professional!

This place has a very nice vibe and is definitely worth visiting. As noted at the entrance, it’s an old bakery that still bakes in the traditional way, so it’s highly recommended to try something fresh while you’re there and see the process. Their sweets are also delicious and worth a taste.

07/09/2025: A pleasant and relaxing evening with the family. I chose the restaurant on the recommendation of friends and based on old childhood memories. The atmosphere was pleasant...good menu selection...and reasonable prices. Delicious first courses...and a good selection of wines. The only downside was the grilled meat. Very little and overcooked. I would recommend...being from Gioia and familiar with the quality of the meat...improving the quantity and cooking. It would add a touch of quality to the whole thing. Overall, good. Recommended.

30/08/2025: Excellent spaghetti restaurant in the center of Conversano. Right within the ancient castle walls. Evocative atmosphere. Excellent dishes. The pasta with clams was magnificent! I'd already been there in 2018, and I'll reiterate my 5-star rating in 2025.
29/08/2025: I discovered the restaurant by chance, asking a local (always better than Google). 😏 As soon as I sat down, I heard the owner taking our order and I fell in love even before eating. When it was my turn, I told Massimo (the owner) to surprise me... Result? I've been eating here for three days in a row and every time he manages to surprise me! 🥰 All the staff is super professional and able to satisfy every request. Thank you all again for the experience ❤️
