Exceptional service! I came in to order 3 paninis and was welcomed as if I were a regular customer. Food was really good as well.

We were visiting Tivoli today and looking for where to eat this place caught our attention, so sitting down we decided what to have, a starter really full of every goodness, and with an excellent price, then we continued everything with some sandwiches and pinsas which were cooked very well and the flavor was excellent, I can't complain the service was quick and impeccable. Perhaps the only sore point that I would like to say without taking away stars from the review would be that the appetizers should be brought before the sandwiches, otherwise it could become a bit confusing at the table. But otherwise really excellent

During our visit to Villa d'Este, we stopped in this place for a quick meal. The service was attentive and the staff, both at the tables and at the counter, were friendly and helpful. The aperitif was particularly appreciated, especially the Spritz with honey and ginger liqueur, truly excellent. The €10 platter was good, although we noticed that some customers had been served little extras, probably because it was approaching closing time. Unfortunately, not all the dishes convinced us: the Omega 3 salad did not live up to expectations, with dry bread and not very fresh salmon. The piadinas did not satisfy us and the sandwich with bresaola, served hot, would have been better served cold. Attention to detail could also be improved: the bathroom lacked toilet paper and, upon request, we were provided with simple napkins. Overall, the place has strong points, such as the friendliness of the staff and the aperitif, but some aspects of the cuisine and service could be improved to offer a more balanced experience between quality and price.

This popular place was even open during Christmas, so we went in and had a nice breakfast. The coffee was nice and the staff friendly.
