A cozy place with friendly service, good food and several places with a formidable view - thanks to the good location in Castelmola, which itself is situated high up. Try their almond wine - of course, provided that you don't have an aversion to sweet wines. They make it themselves, and claim that it was a previous owner who "invented" almond wine.

We stopped in this bar to enjoy ice creams and granitas, and we were really satisfied! The products were fresh and delicious, but what made the experience even more pleasant was the kindness and professionalism of Valeria, the waitress who served us. Always smiling, attentive and helpful, she was able to give us the best advice and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!

We spent a day in Castelmola and stopped twice at the ancient San Giorgio café. The food was excellent as was the service, Valeria was very kind and very nice. In short, one of the best places I've ever eaten in Sicily

We came here to taste the traditional almond wine. We didn't have to buy a glass at all, but were allowed to taste it for free. We were served very nicely and felt very comfortable and would come back in a heartbeat. The almond wine tastes a bit like Amaretto. 😉
