We went to this place for lunch on January 1st and chose the menu option.
The dishes were selected by the chef and taken care of down to the smallest detail in taste and presentation as well as explanation of the dishes.
Charming and romantic place.

Very beautiful place, it is to be appreciated even more in the middle of the countryside, with the flowering vegetation which is stupendous,
That said, the restaurant is very nice and so are their menus.

Un ristorante incastonato in un antico mulino. Romantico e suggestivo. Abbiamo scelto un menu degustazione carta bianca. Un percorso composto da 5 portate escluso amuse bouche, pre-dessert e piccola pasticceria che racchiude la filosofia dello chef. Sorprendente ogni portata. Memorabile il risotto con molluschi, cime di rapa e limone. Sapido e al tempo stesso gentile al palato. Variegato e ben realizzato il pane, proposto in diverse declinazioni. Impeccabile il servizio, professionale e attento.

Suggestive and enchanting location.
Super refined delicious dishes, attentive to the quality of the raw materials and following seasonality.
Bread and breadsticks are also produced by them, they are served with high quality extra virgin olive oil and together they are truly top.
All the staff were impeccable and never intrusive.
From the first taste of the dishes you immediately perceive the passion of the chef, Roberto Arena, for cooking and for his work.
It would really deserve a Michelin star.
We will definitely be back..

Immerse yourself in tastes, sensations, awaken your taste buds is the motto for this restaurant located in the middle of the Piedmontese rice fields. A characteristic place in the local countryside, quiet, where eating becomes a pleasure and leaving becomes a disappointment for not having tried everything! The chef Roberto knows how to wisely combine seasonal ingredients. The maitre d' is up to the high level offered, impeccable in presenting the dishes, serious but with a smile to make you feel at ease. Very professional waiter. Refined and intimate place, clean and tidy. Spacious and scented bathrooms. Ample parking.
