I gave it 5 out of 5 because the appetizer had a pig-shaped piece made of mortadella with a cracker with pistachio cream underneath, a fake tomato with mozzarella inside with basil and tomato sauce, and a mini taco with veal in tuna sauce that was too good.
The pasta with creamed shrimp and yellow tomato and basil 💯.
For dessert, a revisited Sacker with apricot sauce 💋💋
And finally, they give you unlimited desserts like meringues with peaches, a biscuit with a fake raspberry with a lampione jelly inside.
It's so good, I recommend it to everyone.
And the chef is super nice.

This restaurant is an absolute gem! First and foremost, the food is exceptional, with incredibly delicious ingredient combinations that elevate every dish. Second, the stunning views create a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the ambiance of open fields. Third, the service is outstanding—our waiters were attentive, thoroughly explaining the dishes and sharing their fascinating history, which added so much to the experience. The presentation of the food is equally impressive, with every plate looking like a work of art.
What’s more, the prices are surprisingly reasonable compared to Michelin-starred restaurants, where you’d pay significantly more for similar quality. Here, you get Michelin-level dishes at a fraction of the cost. The restaurant also offers delightful complimentary touches: a chef’s amuse-bouche, a variety of locally inspired breads, and an extensive wine list with a great selection by the glass or bottle.
The restrooms are impeccably clean, with luxurious hand towels, and a clever quirk—figuring out that the water is activated by a foot pedal! Overall, this place is top-notch, offering an unforgettable dining experience.

Il locale è nel contesto sportivo di Novarello con ingresso indipendente, molto bello e curato, ci sono molte sale, ognuna con qualcosa di particolare. Noi abbiamo cenato nella sala Macine. Il menù è composto da pochi piatti ma con abbinamenti particolari. In 4 abbiamo preferito il menù degustazione da 45 euro escluso il bere e il coperto, premetto che le porzioni in questo caso sono più ridotte. Ogni portata è stata descritta e presentata in modo magistrale, c'è tanta passione dietro è si percepisce. Ognuno di noi ha interpretato a suo modo questo percorso gustativo, ma nessuno ha promosso a pieni voti la cena, per una questione di gusti personali. Io ho apprezzato molto i ravioli del plin con ripieno di polpo, per tutto il resto abbinamenti e sapori con poca spinta, mi aspettavo più coraggio, più azzardo. Nel complesso è cmq un buon ristorante da provare.

Non male e originale la location in mezzo alla campagna novarese.
Ristorante che tuttavia si pone con troppa ambizione ma che non raggiunge le aspettative.
Elaborazione della cucina al limite del pretestuoso senza davvero necessità.
Qualità piuttosto “media” e al pari di locali simili.
C’è di molto meglio a parità di prezzo.

We went to this place for lunch on January 1st and chose the menu option.
The dishes were selected by the chef and taken care of down to the smallest detail in taste and presentation as well as explanation of the dishes.
Charming and romantic place.

Very beautiful place, it is to be appreciated even more in the middle of the countryside, with the flowering vegetation which is stupendous,
That said, the restaurant is very nice and so are their menus.
