We waren er op basis van een aanbeveling die zeker niet gelogen was. Het vriendelijke personeelsvoorziening de gasten van voortreffelijke gerechten klaargemaakt op basis van eerste klasse producten. Gemoedelijke en aangename sfeer.

Prima volta in questo ristorante . Siamo stati a pranzo per festeggiare un compleanno: personale gentile, carino ed educato. Cucina tipica toscana : molto buona! Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità del cibo. Ci ritorneremo!!!

06/05/2025: Beautiful place recently renovated, located in a strategic point and equipped with ample parking. The first impression upon entering is not very good given that both the tables outside and the entire downstairs were empty over the weekend. The food is good, above all you can feel that the ingredients are of excellent quality (the cuddles are not recommended as they are raw and mushy). The pizza is very thin in the center and the tomato is really good. The service is absent, during dinner no one approached the table to ask if we needed anything or to check that everything was fine, just as at the end of dinner no one offered us coffee or desserts. Even the owner perhaps should be a little more welcoming to customers. Average prices. The feeling is that there is still a lot to improve but that this place has enormous potential and can be managed much better.
06/05/2025: I can only share the experience of the fixed menu at €13, and I am enthusiastic and I highly recommend it. At this price you will have to choose between 3 first courses and three second courses, including water and wine. ,The place is charming, the service excellent. You can't ask for more. I highly recommend it.

30/01/2025: Trovato per caso questo ristorante in Cerbaia Siamo stati tutti molto bene Locale molto pulito e ganzo come si dice a Firenze ricco di molto particolari simpatici Cibo da 10 Personale di Sala presente e mai invasivo
21/09/2024: Locale molto bello, dove l'eleganza si combina con particolari rustici come i contorni dei tavoli con iscrizioni di case vinicole. Il menù è improntato alle ricette dell'Artusi con fedeltà, ma talvolta con variazioni che stridono un po' con la cucina della tradizione (Artusi non consigliava la panna). Ciò che abbiamo provato era ben fatto con ingredienti di prim'ordine. Nel menù si nota tuttavia uno sbilanciamento verso la presenza di carne, che è più una concessione alla moda attuale che il rispetto di quanto scriveva Artusi. Per un maggior equilibrio il menù dovrebbe contenere piatti come i fagioli all'uccelletto (384), l'insalata di patate (444) o il baccalà (506-510) che verrebbero anche incontro a una clientela sempre più attenta a un'alimentazione salutare. Comunque va un plauso alla ricerca e alla qualità di questo ristorante.
