I have known this pastry shop since it was in Solaro, then Saronno, now recently moved to another street still in Saronno. I get to the point, before it moved to that new street in Saronno, you entered and queued correctly, you ordered, you paid and you were finished there, now in the new one if you only have to get the savory food you only have to queue once, but if you have to get sweet and savory you have to queue up almost three times, yes because with the sweet you queue first at the sweets counter, once you order he gives you the receipt which you have to take to the cash register where there is the tallest queue, and there there is also the savory counter and this is the 2nd row, once you have paid you go back to the sweet counter to take your order, there is another row, but if the shop assistant notices you you can go to the 3rd row avoid………..but I wonder why? Isn't it better to put the progressive number with a display so that the customer does just one in a row instead of doing three? This business moved to this new location a few months ago, business is the same as before. Excellent savory products, mostly fried, excellent desserts from the exquisite Sicilian ready-made ones. Clean rooms, helpful staff, prices not always average, but we know quality costs money. The typical cassatine are highly recommended.
