An experience to try. Very high quality meat, honest prices. The outdoor tables are really in the middle of the street (i.e. on a tiny sidewalk), you eat among people walking and cars passing by, but the food makes up for the location.

The Squarcia brothers are friendly and welcoming, but the real quality is the excellent food they offer without skimping on quantity. Excellent location. Well done

The first courses were good, although I expected more from the amatriciana.
Excellent meat: you can see that they are in the profession (not everyone offers a tartare!) but it inevitably raises the price of the bill.
Generous portions.
It's a bit cramped inside.
Possibility to eat outside too.

We stopped by Garbatella, saw locals in the place and decides to give it a try. We had very nice traditional food on the sunny terrace. The price and the service were very good.

In this small but delicious place in the Garbatella area, born as an "offshoot" of a historic butcher's shop, I sincerely rediscovered the true Roman tastes and flavours.
For the occasion I chose the tasting menu which includes 4 starters, a first course (which became two generous tastings) and a mixed braciata.
All spectacular starting from the excellent price/quality ratio, passing through the professional friendliness of Daniele (the chef) up to Fabrizio, the deus ex machina of this charming little restaurant. The kind and polite service with the delightful Beatrice perfectly complete the idyll of taste, flavors and Roman magic

Musica con volume troppo alto che non permette di parlare ,bagno con serratura rotta quindi ,anche se chiudi ,dall' esterno si apre ,comunicato al personale ,mi viene risposto che sapevano fosse rotta ma non aveva cmq provveduto né ad aggiustarla né a mettere un carrello che indicasse che era necessario bussare prima di aprire .carne buona ,contorni passabili ,tiramisù troppo asciutto.Sinceramente non mi sento di consigliarlo
