Business lunch for 4, excellent food and quality of service. We were pampered. I remembered their signature dish "brown stock rice" from a dinner a few years ago, when I didn't see it on the menu they explained to me that it is only made by reservation. Understanding my slight disappointment because I would have liked to taste that fantastic dish again, they brought me a free sample of the risotto on the menu, top that too. I don't often write reviews but the kindness shown requires me to share the experience with others. A place to try.

Had lunch here. Ordered the cod with smoked potatoes and it was 🤌🏼. One of the better things I’ve eaten in this region to be honest. The courtyard setting on a sunny day is perfection.

Siamo arrivati a Fossano dopo aver prenotato alcuni giorni prima per il pranzo di Pasqua,ci hanno proposto il menù fisso e devo dire che è stato tutto molto apprezzato: location, servizio e cibo tutto estremamente buono ma anche sofisticato, insomma una delizia! Il personale gentile e premuroso superconsigliato se siete nei paraggi! Peccato che eravamo solo di passaggio

Location molto intima e suggestiva, personale altamente preparato ed estremamente qualificato. Piatti ottimi e cantina decisamente ben fornita. Caldamente consigliato per ogni tipo di occasione.

We discovered this place by chance, booking at the last minute for a Sunday lunch. They were really nice and accepted our reservation and even at a slightly "inconvenient" time, close to the kitchen closing. What can I say, we had a great time. A well-kept place, elegant, but at the same time warm and welcoming. Impeccable service, the guys are all young, helpful, smiling and prepared. We didn't try any starters, but the Angus sub shovel and tail were divine, they melted in your mouth. Prices in line with quality and service. I hope to return soon.

L'Osteria del Castello

23/06/2025: One of those places that you find by chance but that remain in your heart. The location is beautiful, you eat among the frescoed vaults of a castle or outside in the garden. The food, in Piedmont, can only be excellent, especially in those parts but the real wealth of the place is the very warm management, which makes you feel immediately at ease: a young couple (he who works in the kitchen and she in the dining room), you feel a bit like a guest in their home. They offer a very rich tasting menu, which varies according to the season and the availability of fresh local products and which accompanies you from the appetizer to the coffee. Despite the large quantity of courses, the service is always fast and efficient and does not bore us.
09/06/2025: Despite the ongoing service, the staff was available to serve 4 coffees at our request. Well-furnished place with a shaded park. The tranquility of the tables on the square is incredible, to be enhanced
