We saw the hotel through an app and decided to go straight to the place. At one point, we thought we were in the middle of nowhere until we arrived and saw where we were. It was a dream come true, beautiful. Needless to say, Julio and Vanesa, two Argentinians like us who work at the hotel restaurant, welcomed us. They were super friendly from the moment we arrived until we left! Thank you so much for everything, Julio and Vanesa!

Magnificent hotel nestled in the mountains, magnificent view surrounded by greenery!! You need a car to get around because it is very off-center but if you want a quiet and inexpensive experience it's great!!

A wonderful place. Situated in the mountains, the view from the window is indescribably beautiful. Great hotel and restaurant service. I recommend visiting this place when in Italy. It's REALLY worth it

We have just returned from a stay exploring 5terre and spent 4 nights in this establishment which is ideally located 25/30 minutes away, quiet and in a very pleasant setting. The rooms are simple, of a decent size, clean and the bedding is comfortable. The only downside is the insulation, we hear people talking in the adjoining rooms. Especially since our neighbors, who are elderly people, were disrespectful and even obnoxious, laughing for hours until midnight/1 a.m. without worrying about others. First evening, we didn't say anything, second evening we went to knock on their door, they never bothered to open and then the other evenings we gave up. Sorry this behavior! With the language barrier, we didn't say anything because it's not the fault of the establishment which can't do much about it when the customers are uneventful and difficult. Julio and his team were very friendly throughout the stay. Available, smiling and even if we had difficulty communicating, we feel dedicated and passionate work. Julio is everywhere, at reception, at the bar, in the restaurant... Speedy Gonzales, he runs everywhere and gives his all, always finding solutions. We appreciated the efforts. And finally the restoration could be improved because it is very classic and not much choice. We ate there 2 evenings without surprise. The buffet breakfasts are also very simple but sufficient. Julio is the king of coffee, he loves everything he does and it shows! It’s still good value for money! Remember the kindness of the team

This is the best hotel in Liguria, the conditions are super, the staff provides excellent service, polite people, the guys who work better than anyone, compliments, professionals. I recommend it. FAGGIONA
