Excellent food, typically Piedmontese, in a typically Piedmontese restaurant. Atmosphere of times gone by, very pleasant. Very nice outdoor area, towards the inside of the restaurant, away from the road, which is not very busy anyway. A restaurant where I will gladly return, I can't wait.

A very pleasant Turin dinner with typical dishes and tasty dishes. The service was fast and attentive. The owner gave us excellent advice on the choice of dishes! The dish in my opinion was perhaps the shin! Wow!

Classic Piedmontese tavern, old-style mixed appetizer, excellent agnolotti but above all the pork shank. The only flaw is the wine served already opened and without offering to taste. Very kind waiters. Recommended for those looking for sincere cuisine.

Booked for my mother-in-law's birthday, I highly recommend this place. Super satisfied with the quality, the portions and the kindness and care of the staff. I only recommend serving bakery breadsticks (the packaged ones, although hygienic and practical, in my opinion "are out of place"')

Highly recommended! We arrived without a reservation, but especially to the restaurant, they managed to find us a place for a limited time, the staff is amazing and responded to all our requests in a very quick time, all the dishes recommended to us were excellent without exception. Highly recommend making a reservation in advance.

Sono arrivato con alte aspettative e questo forse ha portato a una piccola delusione. Il cibo è nella tipica tradizione piemontese. Ho mangiato gli antipasti tipici e gli agnolotti al sugo d'arrosto, come dolce la panna cotta. Tutto nella media. Servizio gentile ed efficiente. Buoni i prezzi.

Sono di Torino e quando ceno in qualche locale piemontese spero sempre che la degustazione mi sbocchi un ricordo, magari della nonna , qui non è avvenuto Gli agnolotti buoni , un pò spessa la pasta, con il sugo d'arrosto da scarpetta , incuriosito dalle recensioni ho preso la guancia di vitello e devo dire che chi ha scritto prima aveva ragione è morbida e gustosa Lo zabaglione con i torcetti (due) è ben fatto ma per i miei gusti (e dei ricordi della nonna) troppo liquoroso Il nebbiolo sfuso ,nella media, ha innaffiato una cena da 40 euro a testa con l'amaro offerto alla fine Il servizio è stato attento e cordiale, il coperto a 2,50 euro è parzialmente giustificato da un buon tovagliato, la mise en place (ma non si trovano più i bicchieri sfaccettati?) e l'amuse-bouche iniziale Lascio a chi legge valutare il costo mentre mi piacerebbe tornare in estate per provare a cenare sotto la topia

Trattoria Zappatori

17/05/2025: Located in the heart of Pinerolo, Trattoria Zappatori confirms itself as one of the most refined and surprising realities of the Piedmontese gastronomic scene. With a well-deserved Michelin star, this restaurant succeeds in the non-trivial feat of combining the profound identity of traditional cuisine with the courage of innovation. Our experience for my birthday with the “Breakfast for work” tasting menu (with the addition of some off-menu items) was a brilliant demonstration of this philosophy. From the small initial amuse-bouche to the final dessert, the path is coherent, without excess, but with flashes of originality that surprise and stimulate the palate. Particularly noteworthy was the first course, where the tradition of fresh pasta was combined with a sauce with unexpected nuances, a perfect balance between comfort food and research. The environment is elegant but not excessively formal, with an authentic warmth that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is attentive, friendly and well-prepared in guiding the guest through the proposals of chef Christian Milone, whose touch is perceived in every detail, from the plating to the balance of flavors.
09/05/2025: We had the privilege of dining at Trattoria Zappatori, choosing the 6 modern course tasting menu, created by chef Christian Milone and focused on the valorisation of hazelnuts and eggs, two symbolic ingredients of the Piedmontese territory, reinterpreted with creativity and precision. The selection of wines, curated with great professionalism by the sommelier for each individual course, was impeccable. Friendly, attentive and gifted with surprising intuition, she was able to enhance each dish with perfectly calibrated combinations, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more special. We had the pleasure of dining in the secluded room overlooking the Zen garden, characterized by a modern fireplace which helped create an intimate and elegant atmosphere, perfect for celebrating our anniversary. A space that made the evening even more memorable. Each course was a journey through innovative flavours, with a presentation taken care of down to the smallest details, an expression of the mastery of the chef and his team. A true homage to Piedmontese cuisine reinterpreted in a modern key, capable of surprising and conquering even the most demanding palates. I highly recommend this experience to those who want to discover the more sophisticated and modern side of Piedmontese cuisine, accompanied by a high level of service made possible by the dining room staff who are extremely attentive to everything. Congratulations to all the staff for their excellent work!
