The food was excellent, the dish could be improved with the sausage and eggnog cream. Cheek and agnolotti with roast sauce are the strong points.
Excellent service, we suggest opening the wine at the table and greater support in choosing the wine. It should be noted that the service is welcoming and of an excellent level.
Warm and comfortable environment.
A stop is recommended to spend a pleasant evening!

An authentic restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and amazing food. The waitresses helped us choose the food by explaining and answering all our questions about the different dishes on the menu. They checked on us often, ensuring everything was perfect. The food was served in a timely manner, and we didn’t have to wait long.
This restaurant stole my heart — 100 out of 10!

Exceptional! You know you are in the right spot when on Monday late evening you enter a restaurant in Torino which is packed full.
I came without reservation based on my simple online research and was greeted by an elegant host. Whom one of the staffed might have called “mom” in Italian, but I might be wrong. What I am positive about is the feeling I m getting. Coming here feels like visiting your best friends grandmas house. Look at the decor and the dishes! It feels like this menu has not been changed for a century but for a good reason. If the chefs do a dish for a 1000time, I believe it becomes close to perfection. Simple presentation and even more so the offer, but that is a kind of thing everyone should expect from place like this. You can get a sneak peak in the kitchen and when you see the chefs impeccably dressed with white hats, clean working surface, again, you know you are at the right place! I admit, I m writing this review under such a positive emotions waiting for dessert. The only thing for improvement I can think of is that I would like the side salad to be mixed with oil and vinegar before service, but again I admit this might be the Italian way or serving salads without any dressing?
There were four ladies running the floor and it felt everyone shared the same enthusiasm and passion for work. Going beyond the obvious service and great food makes one experience exceptional.
I almost feel obliged (in good way) to write this review and think of when can I next book my flight ticket to come to Torino because of this place.

Very simple and traditional but good cuisine. I found the environment terrible due to too many tables and too many people crowded into a few square meters where it is difficult to converse. By giving up a few covers you would have a much more pleasant place

Una delle osterie di maggior fama di Torino, luogo semplice dove si respira l’atmosfera di una volta. Il menù è simile da sempre con piatti tipici della tradizione con buon sapore e buona cura. Servizio gentile e veloce. Anche questo posto , come molti , ha visto crescere i prezzi negli ultimi anni a parità di menu , forse per l’inflazione o forse per la fama acquisita . Difficile cenare con meno di 35€ più probabile oramai superare i 40€ di slancio a testa.

Locale abbastanza tipico, ma anche se avesse un bagno migliore non ne perderebbe in tipicità...
Posti discretamente spaziosi, il menù è ben organizzato parecchi piatti sono proprio ben fatti e abbondanti; forse il fatto che quella sera fosse molto frequentato non ha consentito che TUTTI fossero ben fatti (i taiarin ai porcini non erano quel granchè, la guancia di vitello era ottima). Buono il vino in caraffa.
Gentile ed efficiente il personale.
Il prezzo....se si tiene conto dell'insieme, non è proprio alla portata di tutti.
In ogni caso vale la pena di tornarci.
