An evening for two, excellent quality meat, mixed grill of bombette, fillet, and entrecote. Prices a little higher than average. Nice wine list. Friendly and friendly waiters. Perhaps due to the chaotic evening, there were a few oversights, but nothing serious.

The Bombettes are good, a cut of meat with just the right amount of fat and very tender. Personally, I fell in love with the brunette waitress with glasses, very sexy with her drooping shoulder pads... it's a shame I'm not from Gallipoli to invite her to dinner.

The Bombette are truly delicious, with unique and delicious flavors. The staff is friendly, and the location is lovely, with attention to detail. An experience worth repeating. A bit pricey, but if you're in the area, you have to go.

Appena entrati abbiamo capito che non era un posto economico. Buonissima la carne ma carissima. Sulle recensioni avevo cercato nei ristoranti economici!!! Un tagliere di spiedini e bombette e straccetti per 3 persone, ci è costato €75...

Scegli la carne direttamente dal bancone, un’infinità di bombette per tutti i gusti. Anche gli altri piatti buoni ed abbondanti. Prezzo buono e servizio attento. Ci torneremo!

I had the Pescatrice lardellata (monkfish wrapped in citrus lardo from Gargano, with Jerusalem artichoke and honeyed figs). Rich, sweet, citrusy — absolutely refined. Elegant atmosphere, top-notch service, everything serious and upscale. Highly recommended!
05/06/2025: A beautiful terrace. We were greeted by an unusual server who took the time to explain everything with great humor, which was very pleasant. The dishes are very good, especially the whole sea bass prepared in front of you. It deserves its 5 stars!
