We celebrated a family anniversary with lunch, and everything was perfect: beautiful and welcoming location, friendly and attentive staff, varied house appetizers, delicious and cooked just like a Salento grandmother would make them (honorable mention for the horse meat, among the best I've ever eaten), perfectly grilled meat, and an interesting wine list. Even the bill was a pleasant surprise: excellent value. Full marks!

The handmade spaghetti with turnip greens and anchovies is a tribute to Mediterranean cuisine, intense and perfectly balanced. The meat is top-quality, presented in excellent cuts and impeccably cooked. The value for money is truly astonishing, a rare find in such a refined location. The staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, capable of expertly guiding you through your wine selection: the cellar is rich in fine labels, enhanced by elegant presentation. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern, yet with rustic touches that reflect the local area. For me, coming from the Murgiano region, it was thrilling to rediscover genuine and sincere flavors, reinterpreted with respect and creativity. A place that celebrates tradition without sacrificing elegance. Highly recommended. A well-deserved five-star rating, not a political one 😂😂😂.

You can truly feel the experience, the sacrifice, and the passion that both the dining room staff and the rest of the staff put into delivering excellent results. Running a business like this requires COMMITMENT, SERIOUSNESS, AND DEDICATION. Well, I found even more at this place. But what really impressed me was the waitress, who with impeccable professionalism looked after me and managed the evening excellently, from the courses to the service. These days, it's not easy to find young people and families capable of such sacrifices, so for me this is already top notch. Well done, congratulations. The steak was exquisite and cooked perfectly, the appetizers made you feel at home—in short, all the qualities a business should have, which so many have lost.
