On the advice of friends, having to have dinner in Gallipoli for a musical show at the Teatro Italia, we went to via Specolizzi civ. 17 at "L'Ucceria" Salento cuisine and meats and ordered two slices of angus with a side of grilled vegetables. Excellent cuisine and impeccable service. To finish, nun's tits and coffee.

Locale bello ed accogliente. Personale disponibile, cosi' come i proprietari.
Prodotto principale la carne certamente di qualita'. Tantissima varieta' di "bombette". Ne vale la pena.

The restaurant is new, modern and with attractive colours. The refrigerated counter at the entrance with the meats is tempting but the environment is cold and impersonal. I had the impression of being in a roadhouse type restaurant. Unfortunately I didn't like the experience and found some prices out of place. A side dish, summed up in two forkfuls of sautéed herbs, doesn't fit at 7 euros. I found the cost of the cut to be 20 euros correct. Perhaps it is a place suitable for people who seek beauty and do not understand the value of experience.

I came across this place specializing in meat, but with an excellent offering of Salento cuisine, a detail that allows it to satisfy various customer requests: certainly a positive note.
I started with the raw meats, ordering a tartare and a carpaccio, both excellent. All accompanied by a Ripasso wine, of quality and at a fair price.
For the second course, I chose a slice of entrecôte and strips, both prepared to perfection. Thrilled by the quality of the meat, I have already promised myself to return to try a steak recommended by the staff.
The place is very nice, elegant and welcoming, and the service was fast and attentive, another plus.
I was pleasantly impressed and will definitely come back!

Decent meat, mostly all pork, I recommend the owner to take a trip to the grills in the Bari area from San Michele and Martina Franca... it counts as food culture.

Toda la experiencia de principio a fin fue increíble - el restaurante es inteligente limpio y se ve increíble.
Desde el momento en que llegamos el camarero era tan servicial aconsejándonos sobre lo que se ofrecía y sobre el menú especial de parrilla - esto fue increíble, fuimos al mostrador de la nevera y nos hablaron a través de los diversos filetes y también el cerdo y la carne de res Bombetta que son hermosos - elegimos 5 y tuvimos guarniciones - el camarero también hizo recomendaciones sobre el vino que estaba en el lugar, este restaurante está fuera de la calle principal, pero sin duda vale la pena una visita - mejor comida que tuvimos en Puliga

Nos encantó este lugar, escondido por las calles traseras que nunca lo habríamos descubierto si no lo hubiéramos encontrado en tripadvisor. Realmente habíamos tenido suficiente pescado y orecchiette, tanto como nos gustó, y queríamos algo diferente.
Nos encantó el estilo del lugar y la idea de hacer su elección de carne al principio , probamos el embutido y la bombeta pero nuestro principal favorito era el filete con porcini y queso padana , la calidad era increíble . Para mí, aunque la mejor parte fueron los ravioles, realmente fue increíble.
