Very fine food, attentive service, and a lovely atmosphere. We really liked the concept of being able to choose the meat directly at the meat counter. It was then brought to our table, perfectly grilled.

A large, bright restaurant with modern decor, specializing in traditional Salento dishes, especially meats, which you can choose from at the well-stocked butcher's counter: lamb offal rolls (imboti), beef rolls with various fillings, from cheese to mortadella (bombette), sausages, ribs, entrecote, and more. We tried the broad bean purée with chicory (another typical Salento dish) and the imboti: both excellent. To finish, a traditional holiday dessert, spumone with almonds and figs.

Appena entrati abbiamo capito che non era un posto economico. Buonissima la carne ma carissima. Sulle recensioni avevo cercato nei ristoranti economici!!! Un tagliere di spiedini e bombette e straccetti per 3 persone, ci è costato €75...

Scegli la carne direttamente dal bancone, un’infinità di bombette per tutti i gusti. Anche gli altri piatti buoni ed abbondanti. Prezzo buono e servizio attento. Ci torneremo!

11/10/2025: Good pizza, if Apulian too crunchy and if Neapolitan excellent, very good desserts
10/10/2025: More show than substance; the bling-bling presentation can't keep up with the quality of the food. The pizza quality is mediocre at best. Overall, it's too expensive for the service offered. I don't understand the many positive reviews.

26/09/2025: Let's start at the beginning. The tomato base tastes like tomatoes. You know, that sunny red fruit we use in salads, sauces, and more. Well, here it's really used. The crust is thin and perfectly cooked. The welcome from our lost French friends who don't speak a word of Italian was very pleasant. Two pizzas ready in ten minutes. Efficient and no fuss. All pizzas are under €10.
16/09/2025: Great, kind, punctual, and above all, the pizza is very good. Variety and quality. A must-visit every year. Keep it up. 👍
