We had an amazing time at Suban! The food was absolutely delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was super friendly and fast. A special highlight was our chat with the owner, Mr. Mario, who gave us great advice on what to order and entertained us with some funny and memorable stories from the restaurant’s rich history. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The quality of the raw materials and the love and passion that this family puts into doing their job are undoubted.
However, I found an ancient, static gastronomic proposal, certainly traditional but which leaves no room for experimentation or for the modern tastes of those who perhaps prefer to avoid animal proteins. Few vegetarian alternatives.
Very classic environment, suitable for the proposed menu.

Suban is a legend, and this is largely due to the manager who is a master of 'old school' hospitality.
Obviously the food is really good, and the atmosphere is welcoming rather than pretentious.
I hope Suban doesn't lose his character for many years to come.
