We had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant and the experience was truly unforgettable. The attention to detail is evident from the first moment: the table is impeccable, with a refined mise en place, and each dish is a small visual masterpiece, not just a tasteful one. What particularly struck us is the use of non-obvious raw materials such as raspberry and cabbage, chosen with great care and used creatively, to give life to unique and surprising combinations. We chose to order the fish-based tasting menu and among the dishes that remained in our hearts, the octopus and squid were undoubtedly the most memorable: cooked to perfection, with a delicate texture and a balance of flavors that enhancing the quality of the raw materials to the fullest. Special thanks go to the chef, who was able to create such an extraordinary gastronomic experience, and to Benny, the head nurse, who made the evening even more pleasant with his professionalism and warmth. His attention to detail and ability to make us feel pampered made the difference. An experience not to be missed, which I highly recommend to anyone looking for refined cuisine and impeccable service.

Wonderful experience, characteristic restaurant in the historic center. We enter and Benedetta welcomed us and advised us on the route best suited to our palates... the dishes prepared by Chef Simone are works of art in the view, in the aroma but you will find what you don't expect in the temperatures of the dishes. He manages to play with the ingredients, enhancing or taming the flavors by making them combine and divide in the mouth... I repeat, a wonderful experience... I don't want to spoil anything else because I believe that those who appreciate food are little interested in pleasantries. So I recommend this restaurant to all food lovers and I recommend it even more to those curious about taste.
