Excellent food, the environment was not well soundproofed so much so that it was not possible to communicate between the same people sitting at the table, the service could be improved, the dishes arrived before the bread basket, however the waitresses were always kind and available.

A true culinary discovery in the heart of Chivasso. The food is a representation of a slice of Sicily. For today I can express my opinion on the raw dish and two second courses. The raw dishes were of high quality so much so that they did not require the addition of lemon or anything else to better savor the freshness or the delicate flavors of the amberjack to the more decisive flavors of the tuna. The grilled fish was enhanced in every part by an almost perfect cooking. The stuffed calamari were an explosion of flavors expertly combined between capers, sauce, muddica (breadcrumbs) and the chef's secrets. We will definitely return to taste the rest of the menu.

Ottima cena con antipasto (tartare di tonno e mango, molto buono il tonno, con accostamento con speghettini di mango), primo (carbonara di mare, gustosa ) e secondo (fritto di pesce).
Pesce di ottima qualità e abbinamenti particolari che danno leggerezza al piatto.
