Excellent restaurant, extremely well-kept restaurant in an enchanting place on the hills of Arcugnano in the province of Vicenza, the Costa family is truly welcoming, the staff is attentive and well trained! What about the food, well taken care of in terms of aesthetic impact and flavours! For years I had heard about a unique truffle risotto, I must say that the rumors were belittled and limited, it is difficult to describe the roundness and sublime refinement of this dish! Excellent! I will gladly return, I thank Mrs. Edda and her son Stefano for the welcome they personally gave me.

Premetto che venivo in questo ristorante molti anni fa. Ho festeggiato anche due capodanni. Negli anni il locale si è evoluto è diventato più elegante di conseguenza sono aumentati i prezzi ma l’ottima qualità delle pietanze è rimasta. Il cibo è bello anche all’occhio come effettivamente ci si aspetta in questa chiave più moderna. L’unico disappunto è sul servizio in sala. Pur essendo tutti gentili ed educati manca quell’attenzione al cliente che ci si aspetta visto i prezzi ( allego scontrino) e la qualità. Ci si sente un po’ abbandonati. Non passano a portare altro pane, non hanno sparecchiato tra l’antipasto e il primo, per avere la lista dei dolci ci siamo dovuti sbracciare e per il caffè …. Non pervenuti. Nessuno alzava la testa per vedere se noi, ma anche altri, avessimo necessità d’altro. Brutto vedere poi i titolari che con tavoli di conoscenti si facevano in quattro per ogni cosa. Ci si sente clienti di serie B. Peccato

la prima volta che ho mangiato in questo locale è stato probabilmente fine anni 70, allora era una trattoria senza troppe pretese, tavoli in legno, grandi grigliate, vino della casa ma già allora risotto al tartufo.... il locale si è via via evoluto per diventare quello che è oggi un bel ristorante. Resta sempre il loro ''maestoso'' risotto al tartufo, preceduto da antipasti sempre piu' studiati e a tratti innovativi e da una carne, tra le altre offerte locali, eccezionale. Anche la cantina merita E' il locale che scegliamo sempre per le nostre occasioni e ricorrenze particolari.... vale veramente la pena inerpicarsi fino a a Via Soghe a Arcugnano. Ristorante del cuore....
