Everything looks good and well-made on the outside, and the elegant atmosphere is worth the visit. It lived up to expectations and was amply rewarded. Recommended if you want to eat well, and the price is reasonable.

An elegant lunch that satisfies the palate. We went to this restaurant for a business lunch. The welcome and service were excellent. The restaurant is spacious and welcoming, in a beautiful location. The dishes are high-quality. The egg and truffle risotto were excellent: the typical dishes of this trattoria. The desserts and wine selection were also very good. Highly recommended, and I hope to return!

For those who love truffles, you can't miss the risotto, something unique. It's always been our favorite place for all our special occasions, like our daughter's baptism. From the sliced ​​steak to the desserts, I couldn't recommend anything highly enough. The staff was attentive, courteous, and friendly (especially the blonde waitress), incredibly charming. Highly recommended, and as always, we'll be back.

15/11/2025: After reading the chef's biography, I went to Aqua Crua with very high expectations. These were confirmed by the amazing dinner I just had. I chose the Initiation 1 menu, since it was my first time there. I won't describe the dishes to spoil the surprise for new customers, but I would highly recommend the experience. In the open kitchen, the owner chef worked in unison with two colleagues. Incredible coordination, studied movements, not a word out of place. The staff in the dining room are very professional and knowledgeable. The price is appropriate for the high level of the restaurant. It's definitely worth visiting several times throughout the year. I will definitely try the other tasting menus as well. Giuliano Baldessari chatted with the guests after dinner. He was a friendly and affable person.
