As a long time visitor to Lake Garda and the region, we have been coming to this restaurant quite frequently over the last 10+ years. And we still enjoy it: The food remains excellent and service is also good (despite having less of a ‘personal touch’ as compared to previous years). Atmosphere in this location is nice - very lively at night, and it offers great views of the lake from their terrace.
However: after our last visit we have to give 3 Stars due to the disproportionate price increase of many items on the menu, specifically the antipasti & the wines. You will end up spending 100€+ pP for a full experience. Antipasti of 17-20€ per dish feels too high (17€ for their famous prosciutto on the rack? Up from ~11€ previously) …
Also: For the great wines from this region they charge over 100% on top compared to their retail prices. Of course there’s margin in alcohol for restaurants, but this seems excessive. One of our favorite wines (Ottella Malceo) now is at 48€ per bottle (up from ~28€ in last years).
In any case: because of the food quality we will probably consider coming here again, but more for exceptions/ special occasions only.

Discovered by word of mouth, had dinner with friends. Maybe a little small in winter, but very welcoming. They say that in summer it has a spectacular view
Excellent food. Owner, very friendly waiters. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Questo è stato il meglio da quando ho iniziato le mie visite a Manerba e dintorni. Dall'accoglienza, alla mise, All'attenzione verso il cliente, al cibo, al vini, tutto ciò è stato Semplicemente eccezionale. Un mio personale consiglio va alla zuppa di cipolle, all'uovo fluttuante condito con il bagoss, alle pappardelle al ragù e ai vari secondi e dessert. Una serata meravigliosa, ci sta!

I have been frequenting this restaurant for years, both as a couple and with my family and, on all occasions, I have always found a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The food is really excellent, with well-prepared dishes and fresh, quality ingredients. It is a place that knows how to amaze and satisfy the palate.
However, I must admit that I was a little disappointed by a price increase that seemed disproportionate to me. For example, I noticed that a bottle of wine (from the area and whose cost of sale in the cellar I know very well) has seen an increase of €18 in just four years (from €24 to €42 per bottle).
Not to mention their very famous ham hanging on the "drying rack" which has undergone a 60% increase in price (from €11 to €17)…
The general increase in the cost of raw materials and life is fine, but with such a significant increase we can no longer even talk about inflation.
In conclusion, I will continue to frequent this restaurant for its culinary excellence, but I will only consider it for truly special occasions and not for a simple dinner as I used to do until now.

Nice place, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. We stumbled upon it by chance. My personal opinion the portions are a little small for the price you pay.
