Antica trattoria Maffei In Pontremoli

Had lunch with my wife and son. A trattoria like in the old days: As soon as we entered, Monica (the owner) welcomed us. Even though she was busy serving other guests, she sat us at our table, which we had previously reserved. We ate: Appetizer with top-quality cured meats and cheeses. 3 types of pasta, all homemade by her: exquisite ravioli with meat sauce Very delicate Maltagliati Tuscan Pici For dessert, Tiramisu All the ingredients are excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional dishes prepared with Monica's dedication and passion. We will definitely be back.

A little place I discovered by chance on a motorcycle ride. Small but welcoming, with home-cooked food, fair prices, and kind and courteous owners. I'll definitely be back.

We had a delicious lunch, even though we arrived a bit late in the afternoon. The homemade pasta was delicious. The wine was also good, as was the espresso. The lady serving us was friendly, and we were even allowed to watch the chef. A truly Italian atmosphere.

lunch stop during a motorbike ride on the beautiful Cisa pass. it's Monday, so we enter an empty place where the owner's smile immediately welcomes us. home-made food, simple and delicious. genuine environment, one of those trattorias that have been open for three (3!) generations, which when you think about it sounds wonderful for how much history there is within those walls. personally, one of those places that you always hope to find at lunchtime... how nice when it actually happens ☺️ already marked among the places to return to.

Spinach ravioli and pork are great, very busy on Sunday. The service is kind and great.
