Found it by chance while driving along the highway towards Ovada. When you read the menu, the prices might seem a little above average, but you'll understand why. In addition to the two complimentary tastings, I had the tagliolini with fresh porcini mushrooms. I was disappointed with that dish, truly delicious; every bite was an explosion of flavor. Before serving me my coffee, they brought out two truly delicious pastries. The waiter and chef were worthy of a star and worth a clone!

Pranzo estemporaneo con amici durante un giro in bici. Solo cose positive, servizio cortesissimo e piatti fantastici con un conto giusto. Citazione particolare per i buonissimi agnolotti, i migliori mai mangiati (e ne ho provati tanti) e per l'altrettanto buonissimo bunet.

Trattoria lungo la strada, trovata per caso. Appena entri già ti accorgi che la cura e il livello sono alti. Molto gentili, focaccia, salame, frittini, pasticcini, tutti offerti nel attesa dei piatti. Tartare e agnolotti al brasato eccellenti. Posti così purtroppo se ne trovano sempre meno. Meraviglioso

22/10/2025: Excellent traditional appetizers interpreted in a more creative way, yet faithful to the essence of the recipe. The wine list is comprehensive and personalized. Excellent, courteous, and efficient service; the table setting was pleasant; the breads and breadsticks were fantastic. The other dishes we tried had serious flaws: the ravioli del plin in roast sauce were very salty and the sauce was too runny, more soupy than meaty. The dessert was passable, but nothing extraordinary. Considering the bill, it was a decent value, but not entirely satisfying.

13/10/2025: Very stylish osteria just outside centre of Acqui Terme. Pleasant surroundings. Good slow food, excellent service, off road parking. Recommended.
12/10/2025: Very nice place with outdoor parking. It has a huge outdoor park and two indoor dining rooms, plus some outdoor seating for dining in the right seasons. The service was quick, and the food was good. We'll definitely be back, perhaps trying other specialties.
