A historic restaurant built on the Busserailles Caves. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Adding a tour of the caves makes the experience unforgettable.

I had dinner with my wife. The atmosphere was beautiful and well-kept, like a jewel box. The owner and his sons were very friendly. The food was excellent and well-prepared. I will definitely be back!

A very quaint place, with a slightly more varied menu than other restaurants. The food is very good, although the portions are smaller than average. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Since it's a small place, reservations are recommended during high season. Not cheap, but recommended.

Family-run trattoria with delicious traditional dishes. Very attentive service and attentive staff. Not to be missed, also for the adjacent ravine and the natural cisterns beneath the restaurant.

Trattoria Arquibus Perloz

21/08/2025: There is very little to choose from and the menus were very similar. The waitress is not very attentive, we had to ask for water three times. The dishes are generous, however.
19/08/2025: It's lucky that there are still places like this, with a "worker's menu", but the food is good, the service is friendly and the old school atmosphere gives the place all its charm. Don't be fooled, it's not for tourists, even though I am one, but the influx of locals and the reasonable price mean that you will have a good time. Don't change a thing, all my encouragement.
