Food quite good but like many restaurants. Too presumptuous and even theatrical chef to whom I would like to remind that the sign does not say "typical Bolognese cuisine" and that you are under Ferrara; so you can even save on cooking lessons. He should think more about cooking than about displaying the Bologna flag on his shirt in the dining room... Banal and boastful... If I want lessons, I choose the teachers who I have to pay, in a restaurant I would just like to eat.

Excellent trattoria dedicated in particular to game dishes, venison and traditional Bolognese first courses, such as tortellini in capon broth, balanzoni, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and tortellini alla Cesarina. The cutlet with truffle, cheese and ham is excellent. The desserts are good.

Pleasant dinner fueled above all by the conversation with the owner, a profound gastronomic connoisseur and fervent Bologna fan. Deliberately vintage atmosphere. The cuisine is good.

28/08/2024: Excellent kiosk for eating a piadina or a hamburger. The piadinas are thick, Romagna-style, very good, with various types of dough and excellent fillings, and the ingredients are delicious. It's a shame about the location, convenient if you leave the pool or are in the area but being out of town it's a shame not to be able to take a walk after eating. However, excellent quality food and very kind and welcoming staff!
