This is a great place for excellent local food and wine. The chef is uncompromising in his focus on locally sourced food and wine. The staff is welcoming and professional and explain the food options very clearly. An excellent choice for this area in Lake Como!

We went here for dinner our last night in the area and were very impressed! The staff, atmosphere, and food were all great. The restaurant had a warm, cozy feel which was the perfect way to end our stay in Azzano. We loved all the food but especially our pastas, tiramisu, and affogato. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem. Incredible food and very kind and attentive service. A very intimate experience that I highly recommend while at Lake Como.

Very tasty, something different

I arrived around 7:20 without a reservation and luckily got a table. The salmon salad was absolutely delicious, and the duck I ordered was beautifully plated and not overly seasoned, which was nice. One thing I wish they'd removed more of the tendons attached to the breast meat. The tendons were a bit hard to chew, so I cut them off with a knife, and I felt a little bad about leaving any leftovers. My husband's chicken leg dish was also lightly prepared, home-style, and edible.

The place is super cute and pretty. The service is impeccable. The duck and lamb are the signature dishes.

Excellent experience! The menu is short, which makes each dish delicious and special. The service was also very friendly. We had risotto with blueberries and Gorgonzola, gnocchi with truffle sauce, and the daily special: macaroni and ragù. As a starter, we were offered bread with olive oil and salt, which was exquisite. Afterwards, we were also given a welcome appetizer from the chef. The desserts were also delicious. Highly recommended!

Come da titolo. Trovato per caso grazie a TA! Non facilissimo da trovare in quanto leggermente al di fuori dal normale passaggio sulla statale Regina (anche se è veramente a 4 passi e con un comodo parcheggio gratuito disponibile). Buona accoglienza. disponibile ampia sala centrale con camino ed una sala più piccola in una sorta di veranda coperta. Molto buono il menù (sia come varietà che come selezione dei piatti) come del resto la materia prima sia pesce di lago che carni. Buona la presentazione ed uso scenografico anche di pentole/pentolini che sono sempre suggestivi sopratutto per gli stranieri. In cucina si vede che c'è ricerca ed esperienza Ottimo pane ed olio (siciliano). Dolci semplici ma golosi. Servizio professionale e cordiale. Prezzi ... beh oramai sul lago certi prezzi sono diventati normali, ma qui si pagano volentieri quei 50/60 euro a testa perchè la qualità c'è ... e poi in zona l'offerta è davvero mediocre (target soprattutto stranieri che si accontentano di pasta alla bolognesaaaa ) ed è diventato difficile trovare un buon ristorante con qualità ed accoglienza italica. CONSIGLIO e ritorno.
