The quality and quantity of the dishes were excellent: chitarra pasta with porcini mushrooms and pici with chanterelles, sausage and chopped hazelnuts as a first course, and a pan-fried porcini mushrooms with potatoes as a second course. The flavors were all very balanced. The only downside was that we ordered two glasses of wine, which didn't even reflect the amount we sampled. Other than that, everything was very good.

The food was excellent, with a truly extensive menu. The porcini mushroom ravioli was the perfect choice. The wild boar was also excellent, and the setting was very pleasant, with a beautiful view of the Tuscia vegetation and the houses of the ancient village... we'll definitely be back. Sincere compliments to the chef.

What can I say? A super welcoming place with a truly superb view of the valley, excellent food and service too. The platter and ravioli, a typical dish of the place, are highly recommended.

I had lunch at this delightful trattoria, with a beautiful panoramic terrace, wooden beams, a rustic style, and a spotlessly clean, well-kept place.
I had an appetizer and pici with porcini mushrooms, delicious, a generous portion, and generous toppings.
To finish, a millefeuille with hazelnut cream, delicious! Prices are average, but considering the quality and service, I'd say they're fair.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Highly recommended!

Location suggestiva, nel cuore di Caprarola; locale caratteristico, curato, eccellente accoglienza e cordialità ;
altrettanto gustosi e prelibati i piatti tipici della Tuscia. Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare nuove pietanze 😀😋
