Delicious and quick dishes! Super recommended. Very helpful and courteous staff. Only one negative note spoiled the experience, the owner often shouted at the waiters and aggressively addressed them. I was very sad to see this scene, and the exhausted waitress, almost in tears.

Magnificent experience in Caprarola, restaurant in the center, really friendly staff, and above all, we ate really well, excellent fettuccine made with chestnut flour, but the pici were truly spectacular. Typical local appetizers with high quality products. I hope to return soon!

The Antica Trattoria del Borgo is a real institution in Caprarola, a fixed stop not to be missed, just like the magnificent Palazzo Farnese. This restaurant perfectly embodies the local gastronomic tradition, offering typical local dishes together with a grill with a wide selection of national and international meats of the highest quality.
The meat, which represents one of the strong points of the place, is really very good. You can perceive the quality right from the entrance, where the refrigerators at the entrance proudly display the fresh and selected meats.
Not just meat, the first courses and appetizers are also worth trying. The Borgo bundles, with a delicious mushroom cream, are a true delicacy as is the appetizer of bruschetta with lard and pears... absolutely worth trying!
If you find yourself in Caprarola, a stop at Antica Trattoria del Borgo is a must.

Very welcoming room with splendid view of the valley below. We found quality and courtesy from the owner and staff. High quality dishes, from the very abundant starter through tasty first courses, to the very high quality meat. Finally homemade desserts with excellent presentation and taste. We will definitely be back. It was a great find.

After a conference on tourism we went to eat in this restaurant with a magnificent view of the valley. Typical appetizers with cold cuts, cheeses, jams, two first courses (ravioli with porcini mushrooms and gnocchi with truffle), two types of Florentine and Spanish cuts. The meat was simply divine. Excellent red wine.

We went for lunch on Valentine's Day, we were welcomed by Arianna, a very good girl. For all the service always smiling and kind. Truly congratulations. Very organized and clean room. Nothing to say about the dishes, we took the Antipasto del Borgo, two first courses and a dessert ALL EXCELLENT. We were very happy with this lunch. Excellent quality and prices. Congratulations again and good work. We will definitely be back.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia a pranzo per la seconda volta in questo delizioso ristorante. Ambiente curato, personale gentilissimo e cibo sopraffino dai primi piatti alla carne, che è il punto forte del ristorante, ai dolci. Da tornare e ritornare sempre. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Il locale, situato nel centro storico di Caprarola a qualche centinaio di metri da Palazzo Farnese, ti accoglie con personale gentile e garbato. Tre generazioni sono presenti; si va dal nonno, al papà - alla brace - , alla figlia Lucrezia. Tutti sanno accompagnarti con simpatia nel gustare i piatti della casa. Affettati e formaggi della Tuscia come antipasto ti fanno capire immediatamente cosa ti aspetterà di buono dopo. Fagioli “in purgatori” con salsiccia, assolutamente da provare. Ottimi i “pici” al ragù bianco, così come le fettuccine con farina di castagna ed i ravioli con carciofi e guanciale croccante. Come secondi bisogna solo perdersi nel menù e nella carne alla brace. Ottima la Fiorentina spagnola, accompagnata con patate al forno e verdure di stagione ripassate. Si potrebbe chiudere qui ed invece non si può non apprezzare il babà con le castagne, così come i vari tiramisù e millefoglie. Lucrezia sempre sorridente e decisa saprà consigliarvi per il meglio. Personale tutto gentile ed efficiente, anche nell’assecondare i 13 del gruppo “duori porta” che alla visita culturale, nella specie lo splendido Palazzo Farnese, si perde sempre nell’arte della cucina.
Dopo aver deliziate gli occhi con Palazzo Farnese deliziate il palato con l’Antica Trattoria del Borgo.
