We ate in this restaurant on May 1st, there were 2 of us, we didn't have a reservation but they were very kind and set up an unexpected table. We had a giant starter and 2 first courses, all very good, I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Absolutely fair prices considering the excellent quality of the products. Amazing I recommend it

Excellent discovery during a trip through the villages! We ate at the restaurant on Saturday for lunch, we were three people. I would like to compliment you on the quality of the dishes and the beauty of the location, the terrace with a breathtaking view. From the appetizer to the first courses, the food turned out to be delicious and of excellent quality. Special thanks certainly go to the staff, the beating heart of this restaurant. The girls who take care of the service were welcoming, kind, prepared and infinitely patient to satisfy every need. They were certainly an added value to this positive experience!

Very good homemade pasta, sublime and expertly cooked meat, artisanal desserts, out of season menu, refined environment and helpful and friendly staff in general excellent quality, quantity and care. Panoramic veranda with a few tables, reservations recommended. Showcase with the meats available in plain sight. Excellent wines.

We had lunch here on Sunday, before the guided tour of the Palazzo Farnese. The dishes were impeccable: we chose the Borgo starter, grilled radicchio, two first courses and a very good bottle of wine. We were really satisfied with this lunch: excellent quality and more than fair prices. We will definitely be back!

Nice location. The pici with venison ragout are excellent; the wild boar stew is sublime. Desserts need improvement: good with tiramisu but no with pavesini instead of ladyfingers. Good quality/price ratio. Very fragrant bathroom. Professional and welcoming service.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia a pranzo per la seconda volta in questo delizioso ristorante. Ambiente curato, personale gentilissimo e cibo sopraffino dai primi piatti alla carne, che è il punto forte del ristorante, ai dolci. Da tornare e ritornare sempre. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Il locale, situato nel centro storico di Caprarola a qualche centinaio di metri da Palazzo Farnese, ti accoglie con personale gentile e garbato. Tre generazioni sono presenti; si va dal nonno, al papà - alla brace - , alla figlia Lucrezia. Tutti sanno accompagnarti con simpatia nel gustare i piatti della casa. Affettati e formaggi della Tuscia come antipasto ti fanno capire immediatamente cosa ti aspetterà di buono dopo. Fagioli “in purgatori” con salsiccia, assolutamente da provare. Ottimi i “pici” al ragù bianco, così come le fettuccine con farina di castagna ed i ravioli con carciofi e guanciale croccante. Come secondi bisogna solo perdersi nel menù e nella carne alla brace. Ottima la Fiorentina spagnola, accompagnata con patate al forno e verdure di stagione ripassate. Si potrebbe chiudere qui ed invece non si può non apprezzare il babà con le castagne, così come i vari tiramisù e millefoglie. Lucrezia sempre sorridente e decisa saprà consigliarvi per il meglio. Personale tutto gentile ed efficiente, anche nell’assecondare i 13 del gruppo “duori porta” che alla visita culturale, nella specie lo splendido Palazzo Farnese, si perde sempre nell’arte della cucina. Dopo aver deliziate gli occhi con Palazzo Farnese deliziate il palato con l’Antica Trattoria del Borgo.
