Very good appetizers, we took the aubergines and the cod stew. Refined plating. As a second course we both had cod with pepper cream and chips. All very good. We had dinner outside, but inside it seems even nicer and more typical

Magnificent! I was just looking for a restaurant where I could taste typical dishes from L'Aquila, I couldn't have come across a better choice!

If you happen to be in L'Aquila you must go to this ancient trattoria, where the history of the place meets the eclectic taste of sophisticated modern furnishings. The menu moves between traditional dishes of the area including mushrooms, truffles and egg pasta. Refined second courses, innovative but traditional desserts. I chose summer parmigiana, an up and down pleasure for the taste buds. But I was captivated by the cacio e pepe which can really give many Roman taverns and trattorias a run for their money. It's not cheap but not expensive either if we think about the raw materials they use. A greeting Michele

13/08/2024: Ottima accoglienza, staff propositivo ed attento. Ci hanno trattato molto bene sin dall’inizio trovando comunque il modo di ospitarci recuperando un posticino nonostante sprovvisti di prenotazione nella settima di ferragosto. Ci hanno proposto ed abbiamo accettato 2 primi tipici della zona : vrache di mulo ( un tipo di pasta ) al ragù di carne e le linguine alla chitarra con le verdure, ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, entrambi buonissimi. Prezzi nella norma . Bravi 👏
13/08/2024: We dined outdoors, the restaurant has an outdoor gazebo, the shank was excellent, the grilled pecorino was pleasant. Desserts not great, overall I would go back.

01/10/2024: Warm and familiar environment in which you can relax or just sip something or delight in excellent food. It was a pleasant discovery and I highly recommend them. Outside there is a large area for free parking. It is possible to enjoy a beautiful sunny day even outdoors, where there are chairs and tables and also deckchairs. The stove inside gives a pleasant warmth in colder temperatures. Carmine, the owner, knows how to welcome you and make you relax. Quality food and expertly cooked. I'll be back soon
