My wife and I went to this place for dinner.
We ordered two first courses, Potato Chips with truffle and cacio e pepe, sautéed chicory and two semifreddo with basil, mint and lime.
Really good first courses, the Chips are addictive.
The semifreddo:
Surely some will not agree, for me it is the best dessert I have eaten in my life.
Fresh, light, balanced in flavors.
Staff, kind, fast, very attentive in the presentation and explanation of the dishes.

An excellent trattoria just steps from L'Aquila's Cathedral. A pleasant atmosphere, with brick vaults that showcase the restaurant's ancient history. Outdoor seating is also available in the summer. We tried several dishes, and they were all excellent: we highly recommend starting with the Gemelli focaccia, with its many selections of local ingredients. For main courses, we tried veal with tuna sauce, tartare, pork steak, or mezzé paccheri with cherry tomatoes and onion, or maltagliati with white ragù. All highly recommended.

I had lunch here with my family and we had a great time. It's not a quick lunch spot with home-cooked food; it's a high-end restaurant. We ate very well, but I was hoping for something more like a trattoria.

We had a wonderful dinner right in the heart of L'Aquila. The appetizer was delicious, with fresh cured meats, select cheeses with delicious local jams, and the service staff was incredibly kind and attentive. What can I say? We'll definitely be dining at this restaurant again when we return to L'Aquila.

Posto in una via interna vicino alla piazza del Duomo, ambiente invitante e pulito. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Piatti della tradizione cucinati con cura. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da consigliare senza alcun dubbio.
